وضعيت شاخص‌هاي علم‌سنجي مقالات استناد كننده به توليدات علمي دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي تيپ يك ايران در پايگاه Web of Science طي سال‌هاي 2014-2010: يك مطالعه علم‌سنجي

A Survey on Scientometrics Indicators of Articles Citing to Researchers Affiliated to Iranian Type-One Universities of Medical Sciences in Web of Science Database during 2010-2014

مقدمه: استناد، از جمله اصول اساسي تاليفات پژوهشي به شمار مي‌رود. از اين‌رو، محققان و سازمان‌هاي متبوع آن‌ها همواره مي‌كوشند تا به وسيله تمهيداتي، ميزان جذب استناد آثار خود و از رهاورد آن نرخ استنادي خود را افزايش دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي كيفيت شاخص‌هاي علم‌سنجي مقالات محققان دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي تيپ يك كشور انجام شد. روش بررسي: اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي بود كه با رويكرد علم‌سنجي صورت گرفت و در آن از روش سرشماري استفاده گرديد. جامعه مورد بررسي شامل مجموعه مقالات استناد كننده به مقالات محققان دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي تيپ يك ايران در پايگاه Web of Science طي سال‌هاي 2010 تا 2014 بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از فراواني، درصد و ميانگين مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: طي بازه زماني سال‌هاي 2010 تا 2014، با گذشت زمان، ميانگين سرعت استناد به مقالات افزايش يافت و با افزايش تعداد مقالات، ميزان استناد به مقالات نيز رشد چشمگيري را نشان داد. هرچند ميانگين استناد به ازاي هر مقاله پايين بود، اما ميزان خوداستنادي در حد قابل قبول بين 1 تا 3 درصد گزارش گرديد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج مطالعه حاضر مي‌تواند در جهت كاهش موانع عدم رويت‌پذيري و استناد كه مهم‌ترين عوامل رشد شاخص‌هاي علم‌سنجي مقالات محققان تراز اول علوم پزشكي كشور است، مفيد باشد.

Introduction: Citation is the fundamental principle of research compilation; therefore, researchers and their organizations always try to increase their citation rates by means of attracting other researchers. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of the scientometrics indicators of the researches done in Iranian type-one universities of medical sciences. Methods: This was a descriptive study with the scientometrics approach. A full-scale method was used in this research and frequency, percentage, and mean were used to describe the data. The research population consisted of articles which cited articles from researchers in Iranian type-one universities of medical sciences on the Web of Science Database from 2010 to 2014. Results: During the years 2010 to 2014, with increase in the number of articles, the average rate of citations to the articles had increased significantly. Although the average citation per article was low, the citation rate was acceptable (between 1 to 3 percent). Conclusion: The results of this research can be useful for reducing the barriers of obscurity and citation which are the most important factors in the growth of the scientometrics indices of the articles produced by high-level researchers in medical sciences in the country.
