اعتبارسنجي پرسش‌نامه ي سنجش ميزان آگاهي كاركنان امدادي نسبت به علايم هشداردهنده ي نصب شده بر روي ماشين هاي سنگين جاده اي حمل مواد خطرناك

Validation study of the questionnaire assessing level of knowledge in the rescue personnel regarding warning signs installed on the heavy machines road transporting dangerous materials

مقدمه: با توجه به روند افزایش حمل و نقل جاده ای مواد  خطرناك، در صورت بروز حادثه، اولین گروه های حاضر در محل وقوع، گروه های امدادی (اورژانس، هلال احمر و آتش نشان) می باشند. لذا هدف مطالعه ی حاضر بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه ی سنجش میزان آگاهی كاركنان امدادی نسبت به علایم هشداردهنده ی نصب شده بر روی ماشین های سنگین جاده ای می باشد. روش كار: در ابتدا پرسش‌نامه ی چهار گزینه ای به وسیله منابع علمی و برگه های اطلاعات ایمنی مواد طراحی شد. سپس به منظور بررسی میزان روایی پرسش‌نامه از نظر 10 نفر از متخصصین و جهت بررسی پایایی پرسش‌نامه از روش آزمون – بازآزمون توسط 20 نفر از گروه های امدادی در فواصل زمانی دو هفته ای استفاده شد. نقطه ی برش پرسش‌نامه نیز توسط منحنی ویژگی عملی گیرنده  (ROC) تعیین گردید. یافته ها: میانگین سنی و سابقه كار شركت كنندگان به ترتیب 57/2±42/32 و 70/2±75/7 سال به دست آمد. نتایج هم‌بستگی سؤالات آزمون با یك‌دیگر نشان داد كه آلفای كرونباخ به دست آمده 708/0 می باشد و ثبات و پایایی نمره های آزمون در طول زمان نیز نشان داد كه هم‌بستگی بین سوالات در سری اول دوم در سطح معناداری قابل قبول است (698/0=r با 012/0 = P-value). بهترین مقدار نقطه ی برش پرسش‌نامه سنجش میزان آگاهی كاركنان امداد و نجات با حساسیت 60 درصد و ویژگی 50 درصد (یك منهای ویژگی برابر 50 درصد)، 5/18 به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: پرسش‌نامه سنجش میزان آگاهی كاركنان امدادی نسبت به علایم هشداردهنده ی نصب شده بر روی ماشین های سنگین جاده ای از نظر روایی و پایایی مورد تایید و استفاده از آن در مطالعات آینده  از اعتماد و اعتبار كافی برخوردار است.

Introduction: Given the increase of road transportation of dangerous materials, if an accident occurs, the first groups that present at the scene are rescue groups (emergency، red crescent and firefighters). The aim of this study was to investigate the validity and reliability of the questionnaire assessing level of knowledge in the rescue personnel regarding warning signs mounted on the road heavy machinery. Material and Method: Firstly, a multiple-choice questionnaire was designed using the literature and material safety data sheets (MSDS). Validity of the questionnaire was examined using the viewpoints of 10 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using test-retest in 20 subjects of the rescue groups in two-week intervals. The cut point of the questionnaire was determined by the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC). Result: The mean of age and work experience of the participants was 32.42 ± 2.57 and 7.75 ± 2.70. The results of correlation between the questions of the test showed that Cronbach’s alpha is 0.708. Also, the stability and reliability of test scores over time showed that the correlation between the questions in the first and second series was significance at acceptable level (r=0.698 with P-value=0.012(. The best value of cut point in the questionnaire of knowledge in the rescue personnel as obtained 18.5, with the sensitivity of 60% and specificity of 50%. Conclusion: The validity and reliability of the knowledge assessment questionnaire in the rescue personnel were confirmed regarding the warning signs mounted on the road heavy machines; therefore, it can be used in the future studies.
