بررسي عوامل درون سازماني موثر در پيشگيري از وقوع جرايم كاركنان ناجا (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران)

زمينه و هدف: امروزه پيشگيري به‌‌عنوان يك راهبرد علمي و عملي و به‌‌عنوان يكي از سياست‌‌هاي كلان و اقدام‌‌هاي اساسي در حوزه واپايش اجتماعي و رفتار سازماني شناخته مي‌‌شود. صيانت از كاركنان و ايجاد محيطي امن، پاك و سالم با هدف ارتقاي بينش و بصيرت آنها و مهار آسيب‌‌پذيري از جمله وظايف ذاتي نهادهاي نظارتي ناجا محسوب مي‌‌گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل درون سازماني موثر در پيشگيري از وقوع جرايم كاركنان ناجا و توسعه دانش كاربردي در زمينه پيش‌‌گفته مي‌‌باشد. روش‌‌شناسي: اين تحقيق از نظر هدف و روش «توصيفي» از نوع «كاربردي» و از نظر شيوه اجرا «پيمايشي- همبستگي» مي‌‌باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل كاركنان پليس‌‌ پيشگيري فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران و شهرستان‌‌هاي تابعه است كه نمونه آماري پژوهش 76 نفر بر اساس تمام شماري انتخاب شدند. داده‌‌هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه‌‌ محقق ساخته عوامل درون سازماني و پيشگيري از جرايم كاركنان جمع‌‌آوري گرديد كه پس از تحليل ضريب پايايي پرسشنامه‌‌ها، ميزان ضريب پايايي آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 0.785 و 0.748 به‌‌دست آمد. براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون «T» با نرم‌‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. يافته‌‌ها و نتيجه‌‌گيري: يافته‌‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد عوامل درون سازماني در پيشگيري از جرايم كاركنان تاثيرگذار است و عامل آگاه‌‌سازي و عامل الگوسازي و نمادپروري به ترتيب بيشترين و كمترين تاثيرگذاري را دارند. كليد واژه‌‌ها: پيشگيري، جرايم، سازمان، صيانت.

Background and purpose: Nowadays, prevention is recognized as a scientific & practical approach, main policy, and basic measures in the area of social and organizational behavior. Personnel protection and creating a safe, neat, and healthy place considering their attitude promotion and vulnerability curb are the main duties of NAJA (Islamic republic of Iran disciplinary forces) observational offices. Present study is implemented regarding the evaluating the effective inter-organizational factors in crime prevention and protection for Islamic republic of Iran police forces. The study is a qualitative, applied and correlation research because its aim is to developing the applied knowledge in crime prevention and protection for police forces and its results will be definitely efficient in solving particular organizational problems. The sample population consists of prevention police personnel of Mazandaran province and near towns. The population includes 76 based on census method. The data was gathered through researcher questionnaire made by inter- organizational and personnel crime prevention factors which after analyzing the coefficient stability of Cronbach alpha calculated .785 & .748 respectively. T.test by SPSS used to analyze the data. The findings showed that inter-organizational factors are effective in personnel crime prevention and informative as well as exemplifying factors have the most and least effects respectively.
