The role of environmental factors at development of rural economy (case study Deylaman part of City Siahkal)

محيط جغرافيايي، به ويژه بستر طبيعي آن، پهنه تمامي كنش ها و واكنش هاي حاصل از پديده هاي مستقر در سطح زمين است. شناخت خصوصيات جغرافيايي محيط از لحاظ طبيعي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي آن از يك طرف مي تواند موجب وسعت بينش و معرفت از محيط گشته و از طرف ديگر امكان هر گونه حركت سنجيده و انديشيده را در محيط از سوي انسان در قالب يك سيستم منظم فراهم سازد. هدف اين مقاله تحليل و تبيين نقش عوامل محيطي در توسعه اقتصاد روستايي به طور كلي و به ويژه بخش ديلمان شهرستان سياهكل است. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه عوامل محيطي چه نقشي در توسعه اقتصاد روستايي به ويژه در بخش ديلمان شهرستان سياهكل ايفاء مي كنند؟ علاوه بر اين سؤال اصلي سؤالات فرعي ديگري نيز در اين مقاله مطرح مي شود از جمله اينكه توسعه اقتصادي داراي چه ويژگي هايي است و منظور از محيط جغرافيايي چيست و چه نظرياتي در مورد تأثير محيط جغرافيايي بر زيست انساني مطرح شده است. فرضيه اي كه در اين مقاله در صدد بررسيان بوده ايم اين است كه عوامل محيطي و توسعه اقتصاد روستايي داراي رابطه اي دو سويه و متقابل هستند به نحوي كه از يك طرف شرايط مساعد محيطي بستر توسعه اقتصاد روستايي را فراهم مي كند و از سوي ديگر توسعه اقتصادي نيز كيفيت بهره برداري از طبيعت را ارتقاء داده و توسعه پايدار براي منطقه به وجود مي آورد. نتايج اين مقاله نيز نشان مي دهد كه بخش ديلمان با توجه به توان هاي غني طبيعي، انساني، تاريخي و اجتماعي از توان مناسبي جهت رشد و توسعه برخوردار است؛ بنابراين در اين مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه اي و نيز مقالات علمي و پژوهشي و نيز نمودارها و نقشه هاي جغرافيايي نقش عوامل محيطي را در توسعه اقتصاد روستايي به ويژه در بخش ديلمان شهرستان سياهكل تحليل و تبيين نمائيم.

Geographical environment, especially its natural substrate, is across all actions and reactions of based phenomena at ground level. Recognition of geographical characteristics of the environment in terms of natural, social and economic from one side can reduction cause the breadth of insight and knowledge of the environment and on the other hand Provide move any possibility of deliberate and thought out in the environment from man at the form of a regular system. The aim of this the article is analysis and explanation of the role of environmental factors at development of rural economy generally and especially Deylaman the city Siahkal. The main question of the article is that environmental factors play what role at development of rural economy especially at Deylaman part of Siahkal city? in addition to the main question arises another sub-questions also in this article including what is the economic development features and what is the purpose of the geographical environment and has been raised what theories about the impact of the geographical environment on human life. Hypothesis that in this article we've been trying to review is that environmental factors and development of rural economy have a reciprocal relationship so that from one side environmental conditions provide the context of the development of rural economy on the other hand economic development also upgrade quality exploitation of nature and creates sustainable development for the region. The paper also shows that Section Deylaman with regard to the powers of the rich natural, human, social and historical enjoys the potential to grow and develop. So in this the article effort will be using the library as well as science and research as well as charts and maps analyze and explain the role of environmental factors the development of rural economy especially in Deylaman part of Siahkal city.
