ارزيابي كيفيت برنامه آموزش الكترونيكي دوره كارشناسي ارشد مهندسي فن‌آوري اطلاعات دانشگاه شيراز

Evaluating the Quality of E-Learning Program in Master of Information Technology Engineering at Shiraz University

گسترش فن‌آوري هاي ارتباطي، با به ارمغان آوردن آموزش هاي الكترونيكي براي حوزه هاي دانشگاهي، بستر مناسبي جهت توسعه سريع آموزش‌ عالي را فراهم ساخت. اما هم‌زمان، كيفيت آموزشي اين برنامه‌ها به يكي از دغدغه هاي آموزشي عصر حاضر تبديل شد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر ارزيابي كيفيت برنامه‌هاي آموزشي دانشگاه مجازي شيراز، بر اساس ده ملاك محتوا، ارتباط و تعامل، انعطاف‌پذيري و سازگاري، توجيه دانشجويان، پشتيباني فني، پشتيباني آموزشي، راهبردهاي ارزيابي، بازخورد، راهبردهاي تدريس و هدايت برخط مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي، پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش ‌را 92 نفر از دانشجويان كارشناسي‌ارشد فن‌آوري اطلاعات دانشگاه مجازي شيراز تشكيل مي‌دادند. اطلاعات، با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته در مقياس پنج درجه‌اي ليكرت گردآوري شد. پايايي پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر با 96/0 محاسبه گرديد. دانشجويان ميزان كيفيت ملاك‌هاي محتوا، انعطاف‌پذيري و سازگاري، پشتيباني فني، راهبردهاي ارزيابي و هدايت برخط را نامطلوب و ميزان كيفيت ملاك‌هاي ارتباط و تعامل، توجيه دانشجويان، پشتيباني آموزشي، بازخورد و راهبردهاي تدريس را در سطح متوسط ارزيابي نمودند. در كل، نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كيفيت دوره‌هاي مجازي دانشگاه شيراز از ديد دانشجويان در سطح مطلوبي ارزيابي نمي‌گردد.

The development of communication technologies, by bringing e-learning to academic areas, provided a proper ground for the rapid development of higher education. But at the same time, educational quality of the programs became a concern of the present time. The purpose of conducting the present study is to evaluate the quality of educational programs of Virtual University of Shiraz, on the basis of ten criteria of content, communication and interaction, flexibility and consistency, justification of students, technical support, instructional support, evaluation strategies, feedback, teaching strategies and online leadership. The research method is descriptive survey and the statistical population consisted of 92 graduate students of Virtual University of Shiraz in information technology. The required information was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire on five-point Likert scale. The mentioned questionnaire reliability was calculated using Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient equal to 0.96. Students evaluated the quality of the criteria of content, flexibility and consistency, technical support, evaluation strategies and online leadership as lower than average and the quality of the criteria of communication and interaction, justification of students, instructional support, feedback and teaching strategies as average. In general, the results of this study showed, the quality of virtual courses of Shiraz University is not evaluated as desirable from the perspective of students.
