بررسي نقش انديشه ورزان ديني در انقلاب اسلامي ايران با تكيه بر رهيافت هاي فرهنگي (بازخواني سنت)

شناخت علل ايجاد انقلابهاي بزرگ سياسي از قبيل انقلاب اسلامي ايران از اهميت بالايي در جامعه شناسي سياسي برخوردار است. تا پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي ايران در سال 1357 ، جامعه شناسان انقلاب اساساً بر نقش عوامل ساختاري در ايجاد انقلابها تمركز داشتند . تحت تاثير انقلاب اسلامي تحولي در نظريه پردازي انقلابها به وجود آمد و نقش عوامل فرهنگي در ايجاد انقلابها برجسته گرديد . در اين مقاله با بهره گيري از نظريه « كارگزار - فرهنگ» اريك سلبين به اين مساله پرداخته ايم كه انديشه ورزان ديني به عنوان كنشگران اصلي عرصه فرهنگ چه نقشي در انقلاب اسلامي ايفا كردند . در راستاي سؤال مطروحه ، اين فرضيه مورد سنجش واقع شد كه «انديشه ورزان ديني از جمله دكتر علي شريعتي ، استاد مطهري و امام خميني (ره) با بهره گيري از ظرفيتهاي ديني اسلام (مذهب تشيع) و تبديل «اسلام به مثابه فرهنگ» به «اسلام به مثابه ايدئولوژي» نقشي اساسي در ايجاد انقلاب اسلامي ايفا كردند» . با رجوع به منابع معتبر مكتوب ، فرضيه مورد سنجش قرار گرفت . يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه انديشه ورزان انقلاب اسلامي با بهره گيري از فرصت هايي كه به دليل مهندسي فرهنگي غرب گرايانه (مبتني بر سكولاريسم ، شبه مدرنيسم و ناسيوناليسم باستان گرا) در دوره پهلوي ايجاد شد و باز تفسير انقلابي از مذهب تشيع و خلق فرهنگ مقاومت زمينه ذهني انقلاب اسلامي را فراهم ساختند .

This article is about Deliberation and analysis of the steps of cultural policy making order in the Islamic Revolution of Iran. One of the orders duties and Islamic republic is the kind of their interaction with the different problems that are revealed in different social areas. One of the primary areas in different societies, is the cultural area that they are in adverse of the Varity of problems. This occur specially in Islamic republic of Iran. For this reason we decided to deliberate one of the prime orders in this area that tries to solve problems of this area namely cultural policy making. In this research is tried with discovering of the cultural policy making steps, to prioritize the policy making process based on two dimensions of Importance and Performance of the any step in the policy making process. Thus the methodology is the IPA. The IPA is the Interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) is an approach to psychological qualitative research with an idiographic focus, which means that it aims to offer insights into how a given person, in a given context, makes sense of a given phenomenon. Eventually of this research, steps of “perception of problem”, “evaluation” and “implementation of policy” were elected as the first respectively priorities for improvement of cultural policy process. In addition, with the analysis based on cultural policy making process Importance- performance matrix (IPA), some advises are given for the improvement of the cultural policy making process. the results of the article include the practical acts that the policy makers should do or not do these processes. The major criteria in this research is some word that they are Public policy making, Cultural policy making and Policy Process. most important ingredients in this article is the perception and understanding the problem, evaluation of the policies in use, current policy in use, policy making for the problem solving, problem expression in public organizations, approving the selective policies.
