Platonic Intuition According to His Theory of Vision

نظريه مثل افلاطون، به عنوان محور فلسفه او مبتني بر استدلالات و مباحثات نظري (در مقابل ابتناء بر الهام و شهود) ايده‌ها را موجودات حقيقي معقول و آحاد تبيين‌گر كثرت عالم معرفي مي‌كند كه هم شرط لازم تحقق معرفت و هم متعلق حقيقي آن محسوب مي‌شوند. شهود، شناخت بي‌واسطه ايده‌هاست. با اينكه توصيف افلاطون از شهود ايده‌ها چندان واضح و مبسوط نيست، مي‌توان مختصات آن را از قياس با نظريه رؤيت او، كه بر اساس تمثيل‌ها و اشارات فراوان افلاطون و قرائن زباني و محتوايي، نزديك‌ترين واقعه بدان است، استنتاج كرد. انطباق اين نتايج بر اسطوره گردش ارواح فايدروس روشن مي‌كند كه شهود حقيقتي متفاوت با الهام و رويا دارد و با آنكه از وساطت زبان و استدلال در ثبوت بي‌نياز است، در اثبات مستلزم آن‌هاست. شهود بشري امري عمومي، ذاتي انسان و عقلاني است و مي‌تواند نسبي و مناط صدق و كذب باشد. خوانش شهود براساس رؤيت با لحاظ عليت نور در آن، نتايج متعددي به دست مي‌دهد كه وحدت عالم وجود مهم‌ترين آن‌هاست.

Plato's theory of "Ideas" as the core of his philosophy, based on reasons and arguments (in comparison with inspiration and intuition) introduces Ideas as units that explain plurality and real beings and objects of the knowledge and necessary condition of it. "Intuition" is immediate knowledge of Ideas cognition. Although Plato's description of intuition is not so clear and detailed, but it can be inferred in relation to Plato's doctrine of vision, that is the closest event to it, based on allegories, allusions, linguistics, and context indications. The consistency of these conclusions with the myth of the Soul's Cycles in Phaedrus makes it clear that the real intuition is different from dream and inspiration, and although it is independent from medians of language or reason in existence, it needs to them for being proved. Therefore, human’s intuition is common, essential, and reasonable; by the way it could be relative, and by criterion, true or false. Reading Intuition on the basis of vision, considering the causality of light, brings up some conclusions that the most important of them is the unity of the world.
