بررسي عوامل موثر بر نگرش گلخانه داران به كشاورزي پايدار در استان البرز

Factors Affecting Attitude of the Greenhouse Owner towards Sustainable Agriculture in Alborz province

بهبود نگرش گلخانه داران، به عنوان متوليان توليد، نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار مي‌تواند زمينه ساز افزايش پايداري اين نوع نظام كشت گردد؛ بنابراين هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي عوامل موثر بر نگرش گلخانه داران به كشاورزي پايدار در استان البرز بود. تحقيق حاضر از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده ها ميداني است. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر را 366 گلخانه-دار فعال استان البرز (366N=) تشكيل مي‌دادند. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 155 مورد تعيين شد كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه اي با انتساب متناسب برحسب شهرستان هاي محل فعاليت انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوري داده ها در تحقيق حاضر پرسشنامه بود كه روايي آن، توسط پانل متخصصان دانشگاه تهران و پايايي آن نيز با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0.85 مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه 41 درصد از گلخانه داران نگرش مثبتي به كشاورزي پايدار داشتند. يافته هاي مقايسه ميانگين حاكي از وجود اختلاف معني‌دار بين نگرش گلخانه داراي داراي تحصيلات مرتبط با كشاورزي و غيرمرتبط بود. تحليل همبستگي نشان داد كه بين رفتار اطلاع‌يابي و استفاده از كانال هاي ارتباطي با نگرش رابطه مثبت معني دار وجود داشت. علاوه بر اين نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد كه چهار متغير وارد شده به مدل حدود 40 درصد از واريانس نگرش گلخانه داران نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار را تبيين مي‌كرد. در نهايت نتايج اين تحقيق پيشنهاد مي‌كند كه با توجه به تاثير نگرش بر نوع رفتار، مي توان با تغيير نگرش گلخانه داران از طريق اطلاع رساني و انواع مختلف آموزش، پايداري توليد را افزايش و سلامت عمومي جامعه را بهبود بخشيد.

The attitude of greenhouse owner as the basis of agricultural production towards sustainable agriculture could be grounds for increasing the sustainability of this type of cultivation system. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the attitude of greenhouse owners towards sustainability in the Alborz province. The target population for this study consisted of all active greenhouse owners in the Alborz province (N=366). The sample size was determined by using Cochran’s formula (n=155) and using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was established by Cronbachʹs Alpha coefficient (0.85). The results showed that the attitude of 41 percent of the respondents towards sustainability was positive. Also, there were significant differences between the attitudes of the respondents in the group with related education and unrelated education group. Correlation analysis showed that the there is a positive relation between attitude towards searching behavior and the use of communication channels. In addition, the results of multiple regression analysis indicated that about 40 percent of the attitudes of greenhouse owner towards sustainable agriculture are explained by 4 variables. The result of this study indicate that by using different means of providing information and training, we can change the attitudes of greenhouse owners and lead them to produce more sustainable and healthy product.
