بررسي مكانيسم مولكولي و ارتباط ژنوتيپ هاي مختلف پاپيلوماويروس در ايجاد انواعي از سرطان ها در انسان

زمينه: پاپيلوماويروس (HPV) از ويروس هاي شايع در سراسر جهان و با گرايش زياد به پوست، دستگاه ادراري- تناسلي و دستگاه تنفسي است. در مطالعات زيادي فعاليت كارسينوژنيك و نقش كليدي برخي پروتئين هاي اين خانواده ي ويروسي در ترانسفورميشن سلولي بررسي شده و شيوع برخي ژنوتيپ هاي اين ويروس مانند HPV-16 و HPV-18 به عنوان سويه هاي با خطر زياد در ايجاد و پيشرفت سرطان مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. در اين مطالعات، نقش مهم HPV در سرطان گردن رحم اثبات شده است. سرطان مقعد، پنيس، اروفارنكس، لوزه و حنجره نيز به صورت گسترده بررسي شده است. هدف از انجام اين مطالعه بررسي نقش پاپيلوماويروس و محدوديت هاي موجود در ايجاد سرطان هاي مختلف انساني است. روش ها: براي اثبات ارتباط بين پاپيلوماويروس و سرطان هاي مختلف انساني، مقالات مرتبط از پايگاه هاي اطلاعاتي مختلف مانند Pub Med،Google Scholar و NCBI جمع آوري و به صورت كاملا دقيق بررسي شدند. يافته ها: اثبات ارتباط بينHPV و سرطان هاي متفاوت، با محدوديت هاي فراواني رو به رو است. بيشتر اين محدوديت ها مربوط به روش هاي جداسازي DNA ويروس ، نگهداري نمونه ها و پراكندگي جغرافيايي سويه هاي مختلف اين ويروس اشاره كرد نتيجه گيري: با انجام اين مطالعه، ارتباط بين پاپيلوماويروس با چندين سرطان مختلف بررسي شده و محدوديت هاي موجود در مسير اثبات اين ارتباط شناسايي شده و مي توان با از بين بردن اين محدوديت ها، مطالعات آينده و نتايج حاصل از آن را با اطمينان بيشتر منتشر كرد.

Introduction: Papillomavirus (HPV), a common virus worldwide and a high tendency to skin, genitourinary tract and the respiratory system. Viral carcinogenic activity in different and the key role of the viral protein is studied in cell transformation and spread some genotypes of the virus, such as HPV-16 and HPV-18 strains with a high risk of development and progression of cancer. Among these studies, the important role of HPV in cervical cancer has been established. Anal cancer, penis, oropharynx, tonsils and larynx also widely studied. The aim of the collection of studies in this context, check the connection between HPV infection in human cancer development and progression, as well as restrictions on the conduct of these studies. Methods: To prove relationship between human papillomavirus and cancers articles related to the subject were collected from various databases such as Pub Med, Google Scholar, and NCBI Then the results were comparison from different studies together. Results: The relationship between HPV and different cancers faced with many restrictions. Most of the limitations are the methods of DNA extraction of virus, maintenance of samples and different strains of the virus's geographic dispersion. Conclusion: By conducting this study, we investigated relationship between HPV with several different cancer and limitations in the way of proving this connection has been detected and can eliminate these limitations can published Future studies and that results with confidence.
