مدل شايستگي هاي كانوني و حرفه اي دانشجويان رشته هاي كشاورزي

A model for core and professional competencies needed by the agricultural students

در حال حاضر نظام آموزش عالي كشور با چالش هاي عمده اي مواجه است كه موجب بروز بيكاري بين برون داد هاي اين نظام شده است. از جمله مهم ترين اين چالش ها موارد زير را مي توان نام برد: محدودشدن فرصت‌هاي استخدامي از سوي دولت، نبودن ساختار مناسب در بخش خصوصي براي جذب دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه‌ها، مشكلات ساختار فرهنگي جامعه، وجود مسائل متعدد در فضاي كسب و كار، نبود ارتباط موثر ميان دانشگاه و بخش‌هاي مختلف اقتصادي و غيره. دانشگاه مسئول تربيت نيروي انساني متخصص و ماهر، به عنوان مهم‌ترين سرمايه جامعه است. بنابراين بدليل شرايط خاص دانشگاه ها در تربيت نيروي انساني، دانشگاه مي بايست نسبت به ايجاد و نهادينه كردن مجموعه‌اي از قابليت‌ها در دانشجويان كه آنها را شايستگي مي‌خوانيم، اهتمام ورزد. اين شايستگي‌ها، قابليت دانشجو را براي زندگي اجتماعي مدرن افزايش مي‌دهد. در اين مقاله سعي شده است تا با روش تحقيقات و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي به ضرورت و اهميت شايستگي‌هاي كانوني و حرفه‌اي مورد نياز دانشجويان رشته‌هاي كشاورزي پرداخته شود. در نهايت بر اساس نتايج اين مقاله راه‌حل هايي براي برنامه‌ريزان آموزش عالي و ارائه مدلي براي اين شايستگي‌ها ارائه خواهد شد.

Current Iranian higher education system face major challenges which cause unemployment among the outputs of this system. These most important challenges can be outlined as the limited government's employment opportunities, lack of an appropriate structure to recruit the university graduates in the private sector, cultural structure problems of the society, various problems in the business environment, lack of effective linkage between the university and various economic sectors. University is generally responsible for the training of specialists and skilled human resource, as the most important social capital in the community. Therefore, due to the special situation of universities in training skillful manpower, the university needs to create and institutionalize a series of abilities for the students called as competencies. These competencies promote the capacity of students for a modern social life. In this article we have tried to deal with the necessity and importance of both core and professional competencies needed to be addressed by the agricultural students through a library research methodology. Finally, based on the results of this paper some solutions have been given for higher education planners and a model will be drawn for the intended competencies.
