مطالعه كيفي آسيب هاي مطبوعات محلي شهر اصفهان از ديدگاه فعالان باتجربه در سال 1395

Qualitative Study on Threats to Local Print Media in Isfahan from Veterans’ Point of View in 2016

اين پژوهش باهدف شناسايي آسيب هاي ساختار مطبوعات محلي شهر اصفهان انجام شد. روش تحقيق،كيفي از نوع پديدارشناسي و حوزه پژوهش تمامي فعالان باتجربه مطبوعاتي شامل مديران مسئول، سردبيران، صاحبان امتياز، خبرنگاران، روزنامه نگاران، استادان دانشگاه، منتقدان، مديران تشكل هاي غيردولتي و افراد داراي پست مديريتي سازمان خصوصي يا دولتي مطلع مطبوعات بوده است. نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند تا اشباع اطلاعات ادامه يافت و تعداد شركت كنندگان به 19 نفر رسيد جمع آوري اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه از نوع نيمه ساختاريافته و تجزيه و تحليل آنها به روش استويك ـ كلايزي ـ كن انجام شد. در اين تحقيق تعداد 176 مفهوم به دست آمده كه پس از هدفمندي در دودسته اصلي شامل ” آسيب هاي دروني ساختار مطبوعات محلي شهر اصفهان“ و ” آسيب هاي بيروني ساختار مطبوعات محلي شهر اصفهان“ دسته بندي شد. نتايج نشان داد كه ضعف در عملكرد و تخصص مديران و سردبيران مطبوعات محلي ضعف در تخصص و اخلاق حرفه اي روزنامه نگاران و خبرنگاران مطبوعات محلي ضعف در امكانات شغلي براي روزنامه نگاران و خبرنگاران مطبوعات محلي، پايين بودن كيفيت محتواي نشريات محلي، جذاب نبودن ظاهر و جذابيت هاي جانبي مطبوعات محلي، توزيع نامناسب مطبوعات محلي و فعاليت نامناسب متصديان دكه هاي مطبوعاتي مهم ترين آسيب هاي دروني و عوامل اقتصادي ـ عوامل اجتماعي ـ عوامل فرهنگي و عملكرد سازمان هاي دولتي و غيردولتي و تشكل هاي مطبوعاتي مهم ترين آسيب هاي بيروني مطبوعات محلي شهر اصفهان بود.

This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying threats against the Isfahan local print media. The research methodology is qualitative phenomenology and the study covers ​​all the print media veterans including the managing directors، editors، owners، journalists، university professors، critics، NGO managers، and those holding managerial positions at private or public organizations familiar with media issues. The sampling was cnducted in a goal-oriented manner until information saturation was attained and the number of participants reached 19 people. The data was collected using a semi-structured interview and was analyzed by applying the Stoic-Colaizzi method. In this research، 176 concepts have been obtained that were classified in two main catagories including "internal damage to the local press structure in the city of Isfah@n" and "external damage to the local press structure in the city of Isfah@n". The research findings showed the most important internal harm to the local print media includes weakness in performance and expertise of local print media directors and editors as well as weakness in journalistic professionalism and professional ethics of journalists and reporters of the local media. Also، providing weak job facilities for local print media journalists، the low quality of local publications’ content، absence of appealing and attractive layout and poor distribution of local media and improper activities of local print media stands’ venders are among other harms to these media. Economic، social، cultural factors as well as the performance of governmental and non-governmental organizations and print media groupings comprise the most important external threats to the local print media of Isfahan
