بررسي تاثير روش نصب پين همگرايي‌ سنجي و تك‌ فشاره يا دو فشاره كار كردن با دستگاه متر همگرايي‌ سنج بر نتايج داده‌هاي ابزار دقيق و رفتار تونل

Investigating the Effect of Convergence Pin Pin Method and Single-Pressure or Two-Pressure Working With Convergence Meter Maker on the Results of Instrumentation Data and Tunnel Behavior

هدف از نصب ابزار در تونل و قرائت آن‌ها با متر همگرايي سنجي كه دقت آن را صدم ميليمتر مي‌باشد، بالا بردن دقت و حساسيت كار مي‌باشد. بنابراين شناسايي عوامل تاثير گذار بر نتايج ابزار دقيق يكي از فاكتورهاي بسيار مهم در سالم سازي و بالا بردن دقت و اطمينان به داده‌هاي متر همگرايي سنجي مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله به دو عامل مهم يعني روش نصب پين همگرايي سنجي و نوع كار كردن با دستگاه متر همگرايي سنجي كه شامل تك يا دو فشاره كار كردن مي‌باشد، پرداخته شده است و نتايج در هر حالت ياد شده مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته و با هم مقايسه شده اند تا ميزان خطا در هر روش بدست آيد. با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده در اين تحقيق كه با مطالعه موردي خط A مترو قم انجام شده است، بررسي مي‌كنيم كه كدام روش نصب پين همگرايي بهتر مي‌باشد و نتايج واقعي تري را نشان مي‌دهد و نيز فرق بين تك فشاره و دو فشاره كار كردن با متر همگرايي سنجي در چيست و چه نكاتي را بايد در اين باره رعايت كرد تا دقت و صحت داده‌هاي ابزاردقيق بالا برود.

The purpose of installing tools in a tunnel and its readings with a convergence meter, which is one hundredth of a millimeter precision, is to increase the accuracy and sensitivity of the work. Therefore, identifying the factors affecting the results of instrumental research is one of the most important factors in health and increasing the accuracy and reliability of convergence meter data. In this paper, two important factors, namely, the method of convergence pin installation and the type of working with a convergence meter, which includes one or two operating pressures, have been investigated and the results have been analyzed and analyzed in each of the aforementioned cases. They are compared to each other to get an error rate. According to the results of this study, which is done by studying the case of line a of the Qom subway, we investigate which method of installing the pin of convergence is better and show more real results, as well as the difference between single-span and two work pressures what is the convergence meter and what should be done to ensure that the accuracy of the actual data is high.
