اثربخشي آموزش مبتني بر هوش موفق بر بازده هاي شناختي يادگيري دانشجو معلمان در درس روانشناسي تربيتي

The effect of education on the basis of the successful intelligence on the teacher- student learning cognitive outcome in the educational psychology lesson

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين اثربخشي آموزش مبتني بر هوش موفق در بازده هاي شناختي يادگيري دانشجو معلمان در درس روانشناسي تربيتي انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق را 240 نفر از دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل تشكيل مي دادند. 112 نفر دانشجو معلم به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند (دو كلاس گروه آزمايش، و دو كلاس گروه كنترل) براي انجام پژوهش انتخاب شدند. اين پژوهش مبتني بر يك طرح نيمه آزمايشي با پيش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. براي گردآوري داده ها از آزمون عملكرد تحصيلي محقق ساخته،كه داراي 20 سوال چهارگزينه اي و 9 سوال تشريحي بود، استفاده گرديد. روايي صوري و محتوايي آزمون توسط اساتيد درس روانشناسي تربيتي تعيين شد. پايايي آزمون چهارگزينه اي نيز به روش كودر ريچاردسون 20 و آزمون تشريحي با استفاده از شاخص پايايي مصححان تعيين گرديد. داده هاي پژوهش با روش تحليل كواريانس چند متغيري و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه آموزش مبتني بر هوش موفق بر درك، مهارت تحليل، مهارت خلاق، مهارت عملي تاثير معناداري دارد. از يافته هاي تحقيق حاضر مي توان به عنوان يك روش ياددهي ـ يادگيري موثر در تعميق يادگيري دانشجو معلمان و بهبود مهارت هاي شناختي آنان در جهت رشد حرفه اي استفاده نمود وآن را در استانداردهاي آموزشي دانشجو معلمان در نظرگرفت. استفاده از نتايج اين تحقيق مي تواند در ساير مراكز آموزشي نيز مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

The purpose of the recent research was to determine the effect of education on the basis of the successful intelligence on the teacher- student learning cognitive outcome in the educational psychology lesson. The statistical population included 240 student's teachers of Ardebil Farhangian university.112 student teachers was selected by a purposeful sampling method( two classes: experimental groups, and two classes: control groups). This research was on the basis a quasi- experimental design with the pre-test and post- test for the control group. To collect data, the research- made educational performance test, that included 20 multiple choice questions and 9 essay questions, was used. The face and content validity of the test was determined by the educational psychology professors. The multiple choice test reliability was determined by KR20 method the essay test was distinguished by the reliability indicator of correctors. The research data was analyzed by multivariate covariance analysis method and SPSS software, version 18.The research results showed the education on the basis of the successful intelligence has a meaningful effect on the understanding, analysis skill, creative skill, and practical skill. The recent research method can be used as an effective learning- teaching method in understanding the student teacher learning and improving their cognitive skills in order to develop professionally and considered it in student- teacher educational standards. Using the results of this research can be used in other educational centers.
