مدلسازي تاثير مخارج استانداردهاي ملي در بخش حمل و نقل بر رشد اقتصادي كشور

Modeling the Effects of Transportation Sector’s Standardization Expenses on Iran Economic Growth

بخش حمل ونقل به عنوان پيش نياز و زيربناي توسعه، داراي نقش اساسي و كارآمد در باروري امكانات و استعدادهاي بالقوه جوامع بوده كه شناسايي عوامل موثر بر رشد اين بخش، زمينه استفاده بهينه از ظرفيت هاي بخش حمل ونقل و تعيين سياستهايي در جهت افزايش كارايي را در پي خواهد داشت. هدف از اين مقاله تحليل نقش استاندارد سازي در بخش حمل ونقل بر رشد اقتصادي كشور مي باشد كه با تكيه بر ادبيات رشد برونزا و مطالعات تجربي انجام گرفته متغيرهاي مورد نياز شناسايي مي شوند و مدل اقتصادي نقش مخارج صرف شده براي استاندارد سازي در بخش حمل ونقل بر رشد اقتصادي كشور ارائه گرديده و در نهايت مدل مذكور با استفاده از تكنيك هاي مناسب اقتصادسنجي برآورد گرديده است. بر اساس اين مدل نيروي كار، نسبت سرمايه گذاري به موجودي سرمايه تاثير مثبت و معناداري روي رشد ارزش افزوده كشور دارند. متغيرهاي نسبت مخارج استاندارد سازي در بخش حمل ونقل به ارزش افزوده كشور، شاخص درجه بازبودن اقتصاد، تغييرات شاخص بهاي كالا و خدمت و اندازه دخالت دولت نيز نقش مثبت و معناداري روي رشد اين بخش دارند. متغيرهاي مجازي براي دوره جنگ و زمان انقلاب نيز اثر منفي دارد. با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق اگر يك درصد به نسبت مخارج استاندارسازي در بخش حمل ونقل به ارزش افزوده كشور افزوده گردد منجر به افزايش نرخ رشد ارزش افزوده كشور به ميزان 0/0039 درصد خواهد شد.

As a prerequisite and infrastructure of development, the transportation sector has a basic and effective role in the productivity of the societies’ potential resources and capabilities; therefore, identifying the factors that affect its growth will result in the optimum use of these potentials and the determination of the policies that will enhance its effciency. The objective of this paper is to analyze the effects of the transportation sector’s standardization Expenses on Iran economic growth. Accordingly, the required variables have been identifed based on the exogenous growth literature and experimental studies, the economic model of the effects of the standardization Expenses on Iran economic growth has been presented, and, fnally, the desirable model has been estimated using appropriate econometric techniques. Based on the proposed model, the ratio of the investments to the capital stock has a positive and meaningful effect on Iran value added growth. Similarly, such other variables as the ratio of the transportation sector’s standardization Expenses to Iran value added, the economy openness index, goods/services price index variations, and the degree of the government interventions have positive and meaningful effects on the growth of this sector; the virtual variables of the revolution era and the war period have negative effects. According to the fndings of this research, if the ratio of the transportation sector’s standardization Expenses to Iran value added is increased by 1%, there will be 0.0039% increase in the growth rate of Iran value added.
