The Need for Hospital Waste Management at Dr. Masih Daneshvari Hospital in Tehran and the Role of People Participation

امروزه يكي از محصولات بهداشتي و زيست‌محيطي كشور مواد زائد بيمارستاني است كه به علت دارا بودن عوامل خطرناك سمي و بيماري‌زا ازجمله زائدات پاتولوژيك، عفوني، دارويي شيميايي، راديواكتيو و ظروف و تجهيزات درماني از حمايت خاصي برخوردار است. مديريت پسماندهاي بيمارستاني به دليل دارا بود پتانسيل عفونت‌زايي و وجود پسماندهاي خطرناك بسيار حائز اهميت است. عدم كنترل و بي‌توجهي نسبت به مديريت صحيح پسماندهاي بيمارستاني علاوه بر تهديد جدي براي سلامت جامعه و محيط‌زيست باعث اتلاف هزينه‌هاي زياد نيز مي‌شود. به‌منظور توصيف و بررسي وضعيت مديريت پسماندهاي بيمارستاني دكترمسيح دانشوري در اين مطالعه نقش مديريت استراتژيك در برنامه‌ريزي مديريت اجرايي پسماند بررسي‌شده وسعي مي‌گردد الگوي مناسب و برنامه عملياتي ويژه‌اي به‌منظور مديريت صحيح پسماندها در اين بيمارستان معرفي گردد. هدف از ارائه اين مقاله ضمن آشنا نمودن كاركنان زحمتكش شهرداري و كاركنان مسئول جمع آوري پسماند بيمارستاني با اهميت بهداشتي اين مواد، ارائه اصول مديريتي در جمع آوري، حمل و نقل و دفع آنهاست. در اين تحقيق سعي بر آن شده تا با شناخت و بررسي مديريت كنوني پسماند و وضعيت موجود و همچنين تجزيه ‌و تحليل آن، ابتدا با توجه به مديريت پسماندهاي بيمارستاني بـه كمك مدل سيستم‌هاي حمايت از تصميم‌گيري سناريوي برتر در خصوص مـديريت پسماند شناسايي شود؛ سـپس راه حل هايي به منظور مديريت بهتر اين سيستم ارائه مي شود.

In this research, we tried to identify the management of the current waste management and the existing situation as well as its analysis, first, with regard to the management of hospital wastes, using the model of support systems for decision making in the field of waste management; then, solutions In order to better manage this system.
