ارائه الگوي مفهومي مؤلفه هاي خرد و كلان نظام آموزش كارآفريني

Entrepreneurship education system model with an emphasis on entrepreneurship education components

امروزه آموزش كارآفريني به يكي از مهمترين و گسترده ترين فعاليتهاي دانشگاهها تبديل شده است. به دليل اين رسالت مهم، كيفيت خدمات در آموزش عالي در طي دو دهه اخير توجه فزايندهاي را به خود جلب نموده است و به يك هدف مهم تبديل شده است. در اين پژوهش، با استفاده از روش كتابخانه اي و توصيفي، عوامل و مؤلفه هاي اثرگذار بر آموزش كارآفريني در سطح خرد و كلان مشخص گرديد و سپس الگوي مفهومي مؤلفه هاي اثرگذار بر نظام آموزش كارآفريني ترسيم گرديد. در اين مدل، دانشجويان به عنوان ورودي هاي يك سيستم آموزشي، وارد محيط آموزشي شده و تحت تأثير فرآيند آموزش قرار ميگيرند و در نهايت خروجي نظام آموزشي، نيروهاي متخصص، كارآفرين و مورد نياز بازار كار خواهند بود. آموزشهاي كارآفريني در سطح كلان، متأثر از محيط سياسي، محيط اقتصادي، محيط فرهنگي و در سطح خرد متأثر از اهداف آموزش كارآفريني، محتواي دروس كارآفريني، برنامه ها و سياست هاي دانشگاهها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي، مهارتهاي مدرسان و مرببان كارآفريني و روش تدريس ميباشد

Today, entrepreneurship education in universities has become one of the most extensive activities. Because of this important mission, service quality in higher education over the past two decades has attracted increasing attention and has become an important goal. In this study, using descriptive library, factors and components affecting entrepreneurship training in micro and macro levels were determined and then a conceptual model components affecting entrepreneurship education system were drawn. In this model, students are entered as inputs in an educational system, to the educational environment and to be under the influence of the education process and Finally the output of the educational system will be professionalism and entrepreneur that required the job market. Training of entrepreneurship in the macro level, affected by the political environment, environment, economic and cultural environment and at the micro level affected by the entrepreneurial education goals, the content of entrepreneurship courses, policy of University and institutions of higher education, skills of entrepreneurship teachers and teaching methods.
