شايستگي هاي كارآفرينانه در آموزش كارآفريني كشاورزي

Entrepreneurial competences in agricultural entrepreneurship education

با توجه به رشد جمعيت و نياز روز افزون به مواد غذايي و همچنين محدويت ها و مشكلات زيست محيطي، كمبود آب و زمين زراعي، كشاورزي بايد در آينده بيش از پيش مولد و بهره ور باشد و در اين شرايط كارآفريني راهي به سوي امنيت غذايي آينده مي باشد. محققان اعتقاد دارند كه كارآفريني براي آموزش كشاورزي و آينده صنعت كشاورزي بسيار شايان اهميت مي باشد. علي رغم توجه روز افزون به برنامه هاي آموزش كارآفريني در آموزش عالي كشاورزي، هنوز در مورد محتواي اين برنامه ها و نحوي آموزش آن ها اتفاق نظر وجود ندارد و در بسياري از برنامه ها بر شايستگي هاي عمومي كسب و كار بيشتر از شايستگي هاي ويژه كارآفريني تأكيد مي شد. فرايند كارآفريني متشكل از سه مرحله يعني شناسايي يا خلق، ارزيابي و بهره برداري از فرصت هاي كسب و كار مي باشد. موريس و همكاران مجموعه اي از سيزده شايستگي كارآفرينانه ارايه داده اند كه همه آن ها به نحوي به فرصت مرتبط مي باشند و هر سه مرحله فرايند كارآفريني را پوشش مي دهند. صاحب نظران بر اين باور هستند كه مي توان اين مجموعه شايستگي ها را در آموزش كارآفريني كشاورزي ادغام نمود. اين شايستگي ها به تدوين برنامه هاي آموزش كارآفريني كشاورزي و روش هاي آموزشي اثربخش كمك مي كنند و با تأكيد بر آن ها مي توان شايستگي هاي كارآفرينانه دانشجويان كشاورزي را ارتقا داد. مقاله حاضر با استفاده از مطالعه كتابخانه اي، به بررسي مفهوم و اهميت آموزش كارآفريني در كشاورزي مي پردازد، شايستگي كارآفريني را توضيح مي دهد و در نهايت بر اساس مطالعه موريس و همكاران، به تشريح شايستگي هاي كارآفرينانه در آموزش كارآفريني كشاورزي مي پردازد و پيشنهادهايي در اين زمينه ارايه مي دهد.

Dramatic population growth coupled with water and arable land constraints forces agriculture to become more productive in the future and entrepreneurship is one path toward a more food secure future. Scholars believe that entrepreneurship is critical for agricultural education programs and agriculture industry. Despite the increasing attention to entrepreneurship education programs in agricultural higher education, significant variance remains in the content across these programs and how this content is taught, with many programs continuing to emphasize more general business competencies over specific entrepreneurial competencies. The entrepreneurship process is comprised of opportunity creation and recognition, assessment and exploitation. Morris et al. (2013) have developed a comprehensive set of thirteen entrepreneurial competencies that all relate to opportunity in some way. These thirteen entrepreneurial competencies are oriented towards opportunity creation and recognition, assessment and exploitation. Scholars believe that these entrepreneurial competencies can be integrated into agricultural education curricula. These competencies help to define the content of entrepreneurship education programs and develop pedagogical approaches within these programs. This study is a descriptive and library research and its aim is to review the concept and importance of agricultural entrepreneurship education and to describe entrepreneurial competencies. Based on Morris et al.’s study, the paper finally explains entrepreneurial competencies in agricultural entrepreneurship education.
