Role of Open Innovation on Technology

يكي از مسائل مهم در كسب وكار سرعت بالاي تغيير و تحولات در محيط فناورانه بوده كه توانايي برنامه ريزي و تصميم گيري در اين حوزه را بدون درك شايسته از موقعيت حال و آينده فناوري، ناممكن ساخته است. ازاين رو، شناسايي، ايجاد و توسعه شبكه همكاران تحقيقاتي و صنعتي با استفاده از رويكرد نوآوري باز و بكارگيري هوشمندي فناوري به منظور رصد و ديده باني تحولات فناورانه براي سازمان هاي فناوري محور و پيشرفت علم و فناوري كه اثر مستقيم بر حوزه كسب و كار اين سازمان ها دارد، داراي اهميت بالايي است. دردنياي امروز، آنچه باعث تمايزسازمان ها و شركت ها با دنياي چند دهه قبل مي باشد، بهره گيري از مفهوم نوآوري بازو فناوري براي رسيدن به مزيت رقابتي پايدار است كه اهميت رقابت پذيري را روشن تر مي كند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف استخراج ابعاد مختلف نوآوري باز و هوشمندي فناوري و ميزان تاثير نوآوري باز بر هوشمندي فناوري انجام شد. پس از بررسي منابع و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع مورد نظر، ابعاد نوآوري باز در قالب سه بعد دسته بندي شدند و ابعاد هوشمندي فناوري نيز استخراج گرديد. براي تعديل ابعاد و استخراج ميزان تاثير آنها، ابزار پرسش نامه مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتايج كسب شده با روش تحليل عاملي تاييدي و روش معادلات ساختاري مبتني بر كوواريانس تحليل شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه ابعاد نوآوري باز بر كسب هوشمندي فناوري در شركت هاي دانش بنيان تاثير گذارند.

One of the major issues in business is the rapid developments and changes in the technological environment that makes the ability to planning and decision-making impossible without a proper understanding of the present and future position of technology. Therefore, identify, create and develop a network of research and industrial collaborators by the use of an open innovation approach and the use of technology intelligence to observe and monitor technological development for technology-based organizations and scientific and technological progress which have a direct effect on the business scope of the organizations, has a great importance. On the other hand, the growing rate of Internet had a significant impact on increasing the data sources for technology intelligence. Therefore, the appropriate use and implementation of information technology tools to access and analyze this data has become a key point in the creation of technology intelligence. Hence, the strategy to identify appropriate process technology intelligence is of great importance that an organization in the integration of innovation and idea from the outside of the organization with main advantages of the organizations requires it. As a result, organizations by creating a link between technology intelligence and open innovation through the establishment of a systematic framework can help their goal which is to increase the value of technology intelligence. Nowadays, what makes difference between organizations and companies with earlier decades is the use of the concept of open innovation and technology intelligence to achieve sustainable competitive advantage that makes clear the importance of competitiveness. This study aimed to extract various aspects of open innovation and technology intelligence and investigate the impact of technology intelligence on open innovation. After reviewing the related literature and articles, dimensions of open innovation were classified in three categories and the dimensions of technology intelligence also extracted. To modify the dimensions and extract their impact, a questionnaire was used. Obtained results analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling based on covariance. The results showed that the dimensions of open innovation can influence the technology intelligence in knowledge-based companies.
