چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هد ف: فرهنگ جهادي همان فرهنگ تحول، آيند ه ساز و انتظار است كه به د نبال تحول د ر وضع موجود براي رسيد ن به وضع مطلوب، د ر مقابله با حافظان وضع موجود كه به يك معنا ضد تحول هستند ، قرار مي گيرد . هد ف اين پژوهش شناسايي و تبيين ابعاد ، مولفه ها و شاخص هاي فرهنگ سازماني يكي از مراكز تحقيقاتي وزارت د فاع با رويكرد جهادي است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هد ف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، پيمايشي است. شيوه جمع آوري اطلاعات، آميزه اي از روش هاي كتابخانه اي، ميد اني و پيمايشي است. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كاركنان يكي از مراكز تحقيقاتي وزارت د فاع هستند .
يافته ها: پنج بعد فرهنگي- اسلامي، انطباق پذيري با محيط، ساختاري، معنايي و انساني د ر 27 مولفه و 133 شاخص شناسايي شد كه پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي توسط خبرگان، د ر طراحي پرسش نامه با طيف پنج گزينه اي ليكرت به كار گرفته شد و د ر اختيار جامعه آزمون قرار گرفت.
نتايج: با توجه به تجزيه و تحليل د اد ه ها مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه د ر مرتكز تحقيقاتي مورد مطالعه، بعد «معنايي» د اراي كم ترين و بعد «انطباق پذيري محيطي» د اراي بيشترين امتياز است. د ر پايان، براي بهبود وضعيت، سه نوع رويكرد و پيشنهاد هاي مبسوطي ارائه شد .

Purpose and background: Jihadi culture is a kind of transformational culture that is futuristic and hopeful. Jihadi culture follows to change the current situation to achieve the desired situation, in confrontation with the existing situation keeper, which in a sense can be considered counter-evolution. The purpose of this research is to identifying and explaining the dimensions, components and indicators of organizational culture based on the jihadi culture approach, at one of the Ministry of Defense research centers. Method: The present study in terms of purpose is applied, and in terms of method is a survey inquiry. The method of data collection is a mixture of library, field, and survey methods. The research tool is a questionnaire and statistical population of research includes employees of one of the Ministry of Defense research centers. Results: Five Different dimension was identified that consists of cultural-Islamic, environmental adaptability, structural, semantically and humanistic; which collectively includes 27 components and 133 indicators. After verifying their validity and reliability by the experts, they were used in the design of the questionnaire within the framework of a 5-level Likert spectrum. Conclusion: According to research findings, it can be concluded that at the studied research center the least important dimension is “semantic”, and the most important dimension is “environmental adaptability”. In the end, to improve the current situation, e extensively were suggested three different approaches.
