چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هد ف: ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و تربيتي همواره د ر هسته نظريه هاي اخلاقي رفتار بود ه و از د يرباز براي توصيف شخصيت افراد به كار رفته است. تحقيق حاضر به تد وين ويژگي هاي الگوي شخصيتي-تربيتي شهيد چمران با تاكيد بر شاخص هاي مرتبط با ماموريت هاي نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي مي پرد ازد .
روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هد ف كاربرد ي است و از نوع پژوهش هاي آميخته (كيفي- كمي) است. د ر مرحله نخست با استفاد ه از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي منابع و متون گرد آوري شد ه د رخصوص ويژگي هاي شخصيتي و تربيتي شهيد مصطفي چمران استخراج و خلاصه سازي و د سته بند ي شد ، سپس نتايج به د ست آمد ه شامل 95 ويژگي، مبناي طراحي پرسش نامه محقق ساخته د ر مرحله د وم قرار گرفت تا ميزان اهميت اين ويژگي ها براي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي مورد سنجش كمي قرار گيرد . جامعه آماري شامل خبرگان و متخصصان تربيت د ر سازمان نيروي انتظامي تعيين شد و با روش نمونه گيري د ر د سترس 155 مورد پرسش نامه گرد آوري شد . ضريب پايايايي پرسش نامه برابر با 0/9 به د ست آمد .
يافته ها: براساس روش تحليل محتواي كيفي، ويژگي هاي شخصيتي - تربيتي شهيد چمران شناسايي (95 ويژگي) و به شش د سته شامل د ين د اري، هوشي، اجتماعي، اخلاق حرفه اي، هنري و ورزشي و حرفه اي طبقه بند ي شد . تحليل د اد ه هاي حاصل از پرسش نامه نشان مي د هد كه از د يد گاه پاسخگويان قابليت كاربرد ي اغلب ويژگي هاي ياد شد ه بالاتر از سطح متوسط معناد ار هستند .
نتايج: اگرچه همه ويژگي هاي شخصيتي-تربيتي شهيد چمران د ر ابعاد شش گانه بالاتر از سطح ميانگين معناد ار نشان مي د هند ، اما ميزان اهميت آن ها يكسان نيست به طوري كه د ر بعد د ين د اري ايمان قوي، خلوص نيت، ولايت مد اري؛ د ر بعد هوشي، هوش مند ي، تشخيص آگاهانه و شناخت د رست؛ د ر بعد اجتماعي، احقاق حقوق مظلوم، توجه به مرد م، قد رت نفوذ د ر د يگران، ارتباط موثر با د يگران؛ د ر بعد اخلاق كاري، وظيفه شناسي، وقت شناسي، خطرپذيري، پشتكار، جرات ورزي، صلابت؛ د ر بعد هنري و ورزشي، ورزيد گي جسماني، سلامت جسماني، روحيه هنرمند ي؛ د ر بعد حرفه اي، سرباز سخت كوش، مهارت هاي نظامي، روحيه ي نظامي گري و پرسش گري از ميانگين بالاتري برخورد ار هستند .
چكيده لاتين :
Purpose and background: Personality characteristics of individuals it has always been in the core of moral theories of behavior and it has long been used to describe the personality of people. The present research aims to identify characteristics of Shahid Chamran’s personality pattern, with emphasis on indicators related to the police forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Method: present study in terms of purpose is applied that carried out in the framework of mixed research (Qualitative-quantitative). First through a documentary inquiry work it was investigated and extracted the diverse dimensions of Shahid Charmin’s personality; in this process finally it was identified 95 categories. This ninety-five of his personality features Were included on the questionnaire design, to assess quantitatively the importance of these features for police officers. Statistical population of the study in the quantitative stage included experts and training specialists of the police organization. 155 questionnaires were collected using available sampling method. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained equal to 0.9.
Results: Based on the qualitative content analysis method, Shahid Chamran’s personality traits were identified (95 traits) and classified into six categories including religiosity, intelligence, sociability, professional ethics, artistry, sportsmanship, and professionalism. Analysis of the data from the questionnaire it shows that from the perspective of respondents above average are meaningful the applicability the majority of identified personality traits for the police organization.
Conclusion: Although all of the Shahid Chamran’s personality traits in the six dimensions are meaningful above the average level, but their importance is not the same and have a higher average. These traits separately are included: in the religiosity dimension, strong faith, sincerity, and obedience; in the dimension of intelligence, conscious discovery and correct recognition; in sociability dimension recognizing the rights of the oppressed, attention to the people, power of influence on others, effective communication with others; in the dimension of ethics, conscientiousness, punctuality, being riskier, perseverance, assertiveness, firmness; in the dimension of artistry and sportsmanship, physical fitness, physical health, artistic spirit; in the dimension of professionalism hard-working soldier, military skills, the spirit of militarism, and curiosity
