بررسي تطبيقي «تفسير متن» از ديدگاه هرمنوتيك و اصول فقه

A comparative study "interpretation of the text" from hermeneutics perspective of principles of jurisprudence

فهم و تفسير متون و رسيدن به مراد مولف مستلزم به كار گيري روش هايي است كه بر پايه مباني استواري بنا شده اند كه شناخت بهتر اين مباني مي تواند ما را در فهم بهتر ياري رساند. از آنجا كه هرمنوتيك با هدف تنقيح مباني و روش‌هاي فهم متن به وجود آمد، در روش فهم ديني و موضوعات ديني، پردازش جديدي نمود. مطالعات تطبيقي يكي از بهترين راه كارها براي انجام چنين تعامل سازنده اي خواهد بود. موضوعي كه اين نوشتار در پي بررسي آن بود، بررسي و سنجش ديدگاه هاي هرمنوتيست ها و عالمان اصول در مبحث تعين معناي متن بود. علاوه بر اين، ضمن بررسي اجمالي ديدگاه ها به مباني و بنيان هاي تفكرات مطرح شده در اين زمينه اشاره شد تا امكان سنجش و ارزيابي هر چه بيشتري را براي مباحث تفسيري در حوزه اصول فقه فراهم آورد. مباحثي نظير چيستي فهم متن، توجه به حيث اكتشافي آن نسبت به مراد مولف و امكان آن، امكان سو فهم و اعتبارسنجي فهم ها از مهم ترين مسائلي است كه در اين باب مطرح است. در اين تحقيق نشان داده شد كه متفكران هر دو حوزه قائل به امكان فهم و تفسيرپذيري متن مي باشند و هدفشان رسيدن به مراد مؤلف است. علاوه بر اين بازسازي افق معنايي در عصر شارع و متكلم منجر به كشف مراد مولف خواهد شد و هر مفسر به واسطه پيش فرض ها و دانسته هاي پيشين خود امكان ارائه تفسير كلام الهي را دارد؛ از سوي ديگر، نظريه قرائت هاي متن، امكان پرده برداري و درك والاي متون به ويژه متون ديني را براي انسان ها با سطوح مختلف آگاهي و و همچنين امكان برداشت معاني مختلف از آن ها در يك زمان وجود دارد. با نقد نظريه تاريخي بودن انسان¬ها علارغم فاصله زماني مي¬تواند در كشف مراد مولف مفيد باشد.

Understanding and interpretation of texts and reach the intention of the author requires the use of methods that have been built based on strong foundations so that better understanding of those fundamentals can help us to understand better. Since the hermeneutics was arosed with the aim of refining principles and methods of understanding text was new processed in the way of religious understanding and religious issues. Comparative studies are one of the best ways to do such constructive interaction. Investigate and measure the views of hermeneutists and scholars of principles in the context of determining the meaning of the text was based on evaluating this article. In addition, the views of principles and foundations of thought expressed in this context were mentioned while the overview. The ability to prove the measuring and evaluating more and more to provide the issues of interpretation in the field of principles of jurisprudence. Topics such as understanding the nature of the text, according to its exploration term compared to the intention of the author and its facility, the possibility of misunderstanding and validating of understanding is the most important issues that have been raised in this regard. In this study, it was shown that thinkers of both areas are believed in the possibility of understanding and interpretability of the text and their goal is to achieve the intention of the author. In addition to this reconstruction of semantic horizon in the age of legislator, and speaker will be led to discover the intention of the author and each interpreter is able to offer its interpretation of the Word of God by defaults and his previous knowledge; On the other hand, the theory of reading the text, there is possibility of uncovering and the great understand especially religious texts for people with different levels of knowledge and also different meanings of them at the same time. With review of the theory of the historicity of human beings despite the time interval can be useful in detecting the intention of the author.
