Investigating the Impact of Social Factors on Women's Crime in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province

مسئله ي جرم و بزهكاري، كه در پي مسائل و مشكلات اجتماعي نظير فقر و بيكار ي و بحران هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي و دگرگوني در قوانين و الگوهاي اجتماعي و خلاصه برهم خوردن تعادل در نظم اجتماعي پديد مي آيد منحصر به مردان نيست، بلكه زنان نيز از صدمات اين مشكلات اجتماعي مصون نيستند و زندگي آنان، به سبب ابعاد نقش ها و مسئوليت هايشان كه با توجه به ساختار طبقاتي آنان شكل مي گيرد، دستخوش بحران و نابساماني مي شود. روش تحقيق در اين مطالعه توصيفي تبييني و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبة حضوري با زنان ودختران متهم و بزهكار مراجعه كننده به دادسرا ودادگاههاي كيفري استان كهگيلويه و بويراحمد با هدف شناخت ابعاد اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي شرايطي است كه مجموعاً زمينة كجروي و ارتكاب جرايم را در ميان آنان مساعد مي كند؛ به عبارت ديگر عواملي مانند شرايط اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي خانوادگي، با ايجاد زمينه هاي مستعد، مي توانند در گرايش زنان به ارتكاب جرم و بزهكاري در واكنش به شرايط اجتماعي، نقش مؤثري ايفا كنند

The problem of crime and criminality, which is caused as the result of such social difficulties and hardships as poverty, unemployment, social and economic crises, and changes brought about in the social laws and regularities and family the imbalance occurred in the social order, is not exclusively peculiar to men. Women are not immune to the consequences resulting from such social disorders either and their lives are to be afflicted with such crises and disorderliness due to the roles and responsibilities they hold which are themselves begot by their related class structures. The research method in this study is of descriptive-exploratory type which uses as its research tools the questionnaire and interview with women and girls accused offenders referred to court of criminal and curt of justice in kohgiluyeh&boyerahmad province and is aimed to recognize the social, economic and cultural dimensions which pave the ground for wrongdoing and crime commitment among them. In other words, through providing the suitable grounds, such factors as social, economic, cultural and familial conditions can play an effective role in increasing the women's tendency towards crime commitment and wrongdoing as a reaction against the social conditions
