چكيده فارسي :
خليج‌فارس يكي از قديمي‌ترين درياهايي است كه بشر تاكنون شناخته است. عاملي كـه خليج‌فارس را به نامي آشنا براي همه جهانيان تبديل كرده نفت و گاز به‌عنوان مـادهاي انرژي‌زا بـا ذخاير فراوان است. پس از جنگ جهاني اول و به‌ويژه شروع جنگ جهاني دوم، براي مدت بـيش از هفتاد سال نام خليج‌فارس با نفت مترادف شده است؛ بنابراين، انرژي (به‌طور مشـخص نفـت و گاز) يك ياز مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در توليد ثروت و قدرت در جهان كنوني محسوب مي‌شود. اقتصاد جهاني به اتمامي پيچيدگي‌هاي خود، اعم از جهاني‌شدن، وابستگي متقابل، تأكيد بر رقابت بي‌وقفه، اسـتفاده از مزيت‌هاي نسبي و غيره، همچنان به انرژي نفـت و گاز و تأمين آن وابسته است، زيرا انرژي نقطـۀ حركت و سنگ بناي توسعه اقتصاد جهاني مي‌باشد. از زماني كـه آشكار شد بخـش عمده ذخاير نفت زمين در اين بخش از كره خاكي يعني خليج‌فارس مدفون شده است، اين منطقه بـه يك ياز نقاط ويژه جهان مبدل گشته و همواره قدرت‌هاي جهاني را بـه خود مشغول داشته است. بنـابر گزارشهاي مراكز مختلف، ذخاير نفت و گاز خليج فارس قابليت چرخاندن و ايجاد تحرك درصنعت و اقتصاد جهان حداقل تا صد سال آينده را دارد. به همين دليل كشوري مانند آمريكا از آنسوي كره زمين به خليج‌فارس مي آيد و مي خواهد با رويكرد كنترل انرژي، چرخه اقتصاد صنعت جهان را مديريت و كنترل كند يا در سوي ديگري از جهان، شاهد آن هستيم كه قدرت ديگـري همچون چين، تمام تلاش خود را مصروف موضوع حياتي همچون امنيت انتقال انرژي قرار مـي دهـد
چكيده لاتين :
The Persian Gulf is one of the oldest seas ever known to mankind. Oil and gas, as sources of energy, have made the Persian Gulf a familiar name to the world. Since the First World War and especially the start of World War II, the name of the Persian Gulf has been synonymous with oil for more than seventy years; therefore, energy (specifically oil and gas) is considered to be one of the influential components in generating wealth and power in the present world. The global economy still depends on the oil and gas and energy supplies despite its complexities including globalization, interdependence, emphasis on ever increasing competition, the use of comparative advantages, and so on, because energy is the point of departure and the cornerstone of global economic development. Since it was discovered that most of the oil reserves are buried in this part of the globe, i.e. the Persian Gulf, this region has become one of the strategic regions of the world and has always attracted the attention of the world's big powers. According to the reports made by various centers, the oil and gas reserves of the Persian Gulf can supply the fuel needed for the industries and economy of the world till at least the next hundred years. That's why a country like the United States comes from the other part of the globe to the Persian Gulf, striving to manage and control the world's industry economy cycle through the energy control approach, or we see another power coming from the other side of the world, such as China, making all its efforts on the crucial issue of security of energy transmission.
