Dynamic Analysis of The Role of Social Capital In the Process of Development: an Interdisciplinary Approach

سرمايه اجتماعي از مفاهيم بين رشته‌اي نويني است كه امروزه در بررسي‌هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي جوامع مدرن مطرح شده است. مطرح شدن اين رويكرد در بسياري از مباحث توسعه اقتصادي، نشان دهنده اهميت نقش ساختارها و روابط اجتماعي ميان افراد (سرمايه اجتماعي) بر متغيرهاي توسعه از همه ابعاد است. هدف اين پژوهش تحليل پوياي نقش سرمايه اجتماعي در فرآيند توسعه در جوامع است. اين مطالعه بر اين موضوع تأكيد دارد كه وجود سرمايه اجتماعي در يك جامعه مي‌تواند تأثير قابل توجهي بر توسعه آن جامعه داشته باشد. در اين مطالعه تلاش شده است تا با ارائه مدلي ديناميكي، كاربرد تفكر سيستمي و مدل سازي سيستم‌هاي پويا، به تجزيه و تحليل پويايي‌هاي سرمايه اجتماعي پرداخته شود. در اين مقاله از يك مدل ديناميكي بهره گرفته شده است. تحليل سيستم‌هاي پويا يكي از تكنيك‌هايي است كه امكان مدل‌سازي سيستم‌هاي پيچيده و غيرخطي را فراهم مي‌آورد. به علاوه، به منظور درك بهتر روابط مدل، از روش سناريوپردازي استفاده شده است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه سرمايه اجتماعي از طريق مكانيزمي پيچيده و پويا مي‌تواند توسعه را در يك جامعه رقم بزند.

Social capital is an interdisciplinary concept that nowadays is denoted in the economic and social studies of modern societies. Addressing this concept in the economic development discussions shows the important effect of structures and social relationships among peoples (social capital) on development variables in all aspects. The purpose of the current study is to analyze the dynamic role of social capital in the process of development in societies. This study emphasizes that the existence of social capital in a society can significantly effect on development in the society. This study, tries to propose a dynamic model to analyze the dynamics of social capital, using system thinking and dynamic systems modeling. System dynamic is a technique that allows us to model complex and nonlinear systems. Further, in order to understand the model relationships, scenario approach was used. Results indicated that social capital can affect social and economic development through a complex and dynamic mechanism.
