از مسائل كلیدی كه باید در عرصۀ بسیاری از علوم انسانی به گونۀ عام و در عرصۀ دانش سلوك به گونۀ خاص، به آن پرداخت و از بعد انسان‌شناسی سلوكی آن را بررسی كرد، تأثیر متقابل باورها و كردارها بر یكدیگر است كه در گسترۀ حقیقت انسانیه رخ می‌دهد و در چهار ساحت امكان بررسی دارد: تأثیر علوم قلبی بر اعمال بدنی، تأثیر اعمال قلبی بر اعمال بدنی، تأثیر اعمال بدنی بر اعمال قلبی و تأثیر اعمال بدنی و قلبی بر علوم قلبی. چون تصدیقات پایۀ اعمال هستند، پس بر اعمال مؤثرند و از آن‌رو كه اعمال بدنی از آثار ملكات قلبی هستند و ملكات قلبی از اعمال قلبی به‌شمار می‌آیند، بر اعمال قلبی مؤثرند و چون تكرار اعمال بدنی موجب ایجاد هیأت راسخ و صورت جوهری در حقیقت انسانی می‌شوند و ملكات قلبی را به‌وجود می‌آورند، بر اعمال قلبی مؤثرند و اعمال، چه قلبی و چه بدنی نیز به تناسب، موجب فعلیت خصایص كرداری هر یك از دو قوۀ عقل و جهل هستند و فعلیت هر یك از آن خصایص، به ضعف و قوّت هر یك از دو قوۀ عقل و جهل منجر می‌شود كه این ضعف و قوّت تصدیق و تكذیب معارف و علوم قلبی را در پی دارد، لذا بر این علوم تأثیرگذارند. .
