چكيده
مقدمه: ايمني بيمار و كيفيت مراقبت، به كار تيمي و مهارت ارتباط بين فردي بستگي دارد. بنابراين برخورداري از نگرش مثبت نسبت به كار تيمي نيز ضروري است. با اين حال رابطه نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي با مهارت‌هاي بين فردي مشخص نيست. از اين رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعيين همبستگي مهارت‌هاي ارتباط بين فردي با نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي در دانشجويان پرستاري انجام شد.
مواد و روش: اين پژوهش مقطعي در سال 1395 انجام شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 84 دانشجوي پرستاري با ميانگين سني 02/2±90/21 بود كه با روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند. ابزارهاي گردآوري دادهها «پرسشنامه مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي بين فردي» و «پرسشنامه نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي» بودند. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و با آمار توصيفي، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و اسپيرمن، آزمون t مستقل و من ويتني تجزيه و تحليل شدند.
نتايج: يافته‌ها نشان داد بين مهارت ارتباط بين فردي با نمره كل نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي (001/0 > P، 42/0=r) و ابعاد رهبري(001/0 > P، 46/0=r)، ساختار تيم (003/0=P، 32/0=r) و ارتباط (04/0=P، 23/0=r) رابطه آماري معني‌دار وجود داشت (05/0 > P). همچنين دانشجويان مرد نمره نگرش نسبت به بعد ارتباط در كار تيمي بالاتري در مقايسه با زنان داشتند (037/0=P).
بحث و نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه مهارت ارتباط بين فردي با نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي و ابعاد رهبري، ساختار تيم و نگرش نسبت به ارتباط، همبستگي مثبت داشت. بنابراين مي‌توان به منظور بهبود نگرش نسبت به كار تيمي، تقويت مهارت‌هاي بين فردي را نيز توصيه كرد.

Abstract
Background: Patient safety and quality of health-care delivery depend very much on effective teamwork and interpersonal skills. Moreover, maintaining a positive attitude toward teamwork is vital. Considering the importance of interpersonal skills in an organization, the relationship between individuals’ attitudes toward teamwork and their interpersonal skills is not yet very clear. Therefore, this gap in research triggered the researchers to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication skills and attitudes toward teamwork in nursing students.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2016. The sample consisted of 84 nursing students with a mean age of 21.92 ± 2.02 who were selected by census method. Data collection instruments were "Interpersonal Communication Skills Questionnaire" and "Teamwork Attitude Questionnaire". To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient, independent t-test and Mann-Whitney were run, using SPSS software version 16.
Results: The findings showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the interpersonal communication skills and the total score of attitudes toward teamwork (r = 0.42, P < 0.001), dimensions of leadership (r = 0.46, P < 0.001), team structure (r=0.32, P= 0.003), and communication (r=0.23, P=0.04). In comparison with their female counterparts, male nursing students reported higher scores on the communication dimension (P = 0.037).
Conclusion: The findings revealed that the interpersonal skills had a positive and moderate correlation with the attitudes toward teamwork, leadership, team structure and communication dimensions. Therefore, in order to improve the attitudes of health care providers toward teamwork, it is recommended to reinforce interpersonal skills in the workplace.
