Analysis of the Environmental and Management Factors Affecting the Sustainability of Rangeland Ecosystems

مراتع يكي از مهمترين و با ارزش‌ترين منابع ملي كشور محسوب مي‌شوند كه بهره‌برداري صحيح همراه با عمليات اصلاح و احياي آن ها مي‌تواند نقش اساسي در جهت حفظ آب، خاك و تامين نيازمندي‌هاي كشور در زمينه فراورده‌هاي پروتييني داشته باشد. به‌منظور مديريت صحيح زيست بوم هاي مرتعي بايد تمام عامل هاي تاثيرگذار بر اين زيست بوم‌ها را شناخت و با ديد جامع‌نگر و در قالب نظريه واكاوي سيستمي برنامه‌ريزي كرد. يك سيستم، زماني به پايداري مي‌رسد كه بين ورودي‌ها و خروجي‌هاي آن تعادل وجود داشته باشد. ورودي‌هاي زيست بوم، عامل هاي محيطي تاثيرگذار، چراي دام و ساير عامل هاي انساني است. با توجه به تنوع شرايط محيطي مراتع كشور، كميّت و كيفيت تاثيرگذاري عامل هاي موثر بر پايداري متفاوت خواهد بود. در اين مقاله سعي بر اين است كه مدل مفهومي مديريت پايدار زيست بوم‌هاي مرتعي كشور ارايه شده و عامل هاي محيطي و انساني موثر بر پايداري در قالب يك سيستم پويا مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گيرند. عامل هاي موثر بر پايداري زيست بوم هاي مرتعي شامل ترسالي و خشكسالي، فرسايش خاك، بهره‌برداري از پوشش گياهي و مديريت و اصلاح مرتع مي باشند. براي دستيابي به پايداري زيست بوم هاي مرتعي بايستي تمامي عامل‌هاي موثر و برهمكنش‌هاي آن ها را شناخت و ابزارهاي مديريتي را بر اساس شرايط حاكم بر زيست بوم هاي مرتعي طراحي كرد.

Rangelands are one of the most important and valuable national resources, that their proper utilization with improvement and restoration has fundamental role to maintain soil, water and supply needs of protein products for people. For proper management of rangeland ecosystems, all of the factors affecting these ecosystems should be understood and comprehensively analyzed theoretically and managed. The system reaches the sustainability when it has a balance between its inputs and outputs. Inputs of ecosystems are effective environmental factors, grazing and other human activities. Regarding the diversity of environmental conditions in the countryʹs rangelands, the quality and effective factors affecting the sustainability will be different. This paper offers a conceptual model for the sustainable management of rangeland ecosystems of the country and environmental factors affecting the sustainability will be analyzed by the framework of a dynamic system. The environmental factors affecting the sustainability of rangeland ecosystems are wet and drought conditions, soil erosion, utilization of vegetation cover and rangeland management and modification. To achieve sustainability of rangeland ecosystems, all factors and their interactions should be recognized, and management tools should be designed according to the conditions governing the rangeland ecosystems.
