بررسي مقايسه اي امنيت رواني در بين جوانان شاغل و بيكار (مطالعه موردي شهر رشت)

Investigation of the psychological security between employed and unemployed youth (case study of Rasht)

مبحث امنيت رواني در جامعه ايران، يك چالش بزرگ بالاخص براي قشر جوان بوده و مشكلات فراواني در فضاي امروز كشور ايجاد كرده است. پژوهشهاي فراواني به بررسي عوامل موثر بر امنيت رواني جوانان پرداخته اند. اين پژوهش درصدد بود كه مقايسه اي ميان امنيت رواني در بين جوانان شاغل و بيكار صورت دهد تا ميزان تاثير متغير اشتغال در اين مقوله مشخص شود. روش انجام اين پژوهش به صورت علي-مقايسه اي بوده و جامعه آماري را جوانان شهر رشت تشكيل ميدادند. ابزار اندازه گيري عبارت بودند از: سنجش امنيت رواني جوانان در جامعه مورد نظر، با استفاده از پرسشنامه رواني مزلو با 71 سوال و براي اشتغال جوانان از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ويژگيهاي اشتغال (ميزان، نوع و مدت اشتغال) استفاده شد. تحليلهاي آماري بر اساس داده هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه هاي جمع آوري شده انجام شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه تفاوت معناداري در سطح احتمال 95% ميان جوانان شاغل و غيرشاغل از نظر10 بُعد امنيت رواني جوانان كه شامل: امنيت اجتماعي، ناايمني شخصي، احساس خود كم بيني، اعتماد به نفس، سازگاري با ديگران، ترس از آينده، احساس ايمني، علاقه اجتماعي و احساس انزوا و تنهايي وجود داشت. بنابراين مي توان گفت كه بين اشتغال و امنيت رواني جوانان رابطه قوي برقرار است.

Psychological security is an important challenge specialy among youth causing numerous problems for our country. Many studies have examined the factors affecting the psychological security of youth. This research attempted to make a comparison between psychological security among employed and unemployed youth in order to determine the impact of the employment variable on this category. The method of this study was causal-comparative and the statistical population consisted of the youth of Rasht. Measurement tools for measuring youth psychological security in the target population were Maslowʹs Maslow Questionnaire with 71 questions and a researcher-made questionnaire on employment characteristics (amount, type and duration of employment) was used for youth employment. Statistical analyzes were performed based on the data collected from the collected questionnaires. The results of the research showed that there was a significant difference in the probability level of 95% among employed and non-employed youths in terms of 10 dimensions of youth psychological security, including: social security, personal insecurity, self-consciousness, self-confidence, compatibility with others, fear of the future, feeling safety, social interest and the feeling of isolation and loneliness. Thus, it can be said that there is a strong relationship between employment and youth psychosocial security.
