عوامل موثر بر نگرش گلخانه‌داران استان زنجان نسبت به كشاورزي پايدار

Factors Affecting the Greenhouse Owners’ Attitude toward Sustainable Agriculture in Zanjan Province

با توجه به رعايت كم اصول كشاورزي پايدار در توليدات گلخانه‌اي ضرورت دارد كه تلاش‌هاي هدفمندي در اين راستا صورت بگيرد و يكي از عوامل مهم اثرگذار در موفقيت برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي آتي، نگرش مثبت گلخانه‏داران در اين ارتباط مي‌باشد. تحقيق توصيفي- همبستگي حاضر با هدف سنجش عوامل موثر بر نگرش گلخانه‌داران در خصوص كشاورزي پايدار صورت گرفت. روايي ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از پانل متخصصان موضوعي تاييد و پايايي آن نيز از طريق انجام مطالعه مقدماتي و محاسبه آلفاي كرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 75/0 براي شاخص‌هاي تركيبي به‌دست آمد. كليه گلخانه‌داران استان زنجان (80 نفر)، جامعه آماري تحقيق را تشكيل مي‌دادند كه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان 66 گلخانه‌دار و با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب و مطالعه شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان استفاده اكثريت گلخانه‌داران از منابع اطلاعاتي و رسانه‌هاي جمعي در حد متوسط مي‌باشد. سطح دانش 6/59 درصد آن‌ها راجع به كشاورزي پايدار در حد متوسط بود و اكثريت آن‌ها (7/73 درصد) داراي نگرش مثبتي در خصوص كشاورزي پايدار بودند. نتايج همبستگي نشان داد كه بين ميزان استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتي، درآمد از محل گلخانه و رضايت شغلي و تعداد كلاس‌هاي آموزشي شركت كرده با نگرش، رابطه مثبت و معني‌دار ولي بين تعداد افراد خانواده مشاركت كننده با نگرش رابطه منفي و معني‌داري وجود داشت. تحليل رگرسيون نيز نشان داد كه پنج متغير ميزان استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتي، تعداد افراد خانواده مشاركت كننده، درآمد از محل گلخانه، دانش و ميزان ساعات كار در شبانه‌روز 4/55 درصد از واريانس متغير وابسته نگرش به كشاورزي پايدار را تبيين كردند.

Due to the low compliance of greenhouse production with the principles of sustainable agriculture, a meaningful effort in this regard needs to be done. One of the important factors affecting the success of future planning is the positive attitude of greenhouse owners toward sustainable agriculture. The purpose of this descriptive- correlational study was to investigate factors affecting greenhouse owners’ attitude toward sustainable agriculture. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by a panel of experts in the related field and to obtain its reliability, calculated alpha Cronbach coefficient was higher than 0.75 for different parts. The statistical population consisted all greenhouse owners in Zanjan province (N=80) and based on Krejci and Morgan sampling Table and using randomized sampling method 66 greenhouse owners selected. Results showed that majority of greenhouse owner use moderately of information channels and mass media. The majority of greenhouse owners (59.6 percent) had a medium level of knowledge regarding sustainable agriculture and Majority of them (73.7 percent) had a positive attitude toward sustainable agriculture. Correlation coefficient showed that greenhouse owners’ attitude had a positive meaningful correlation with information using level, income from the greenhouse, number of educational classes and their job satisfaction but a negative meaningful correlation with the number of household members participating in the activity. Regression analysis revealed that five variable of information using level, the number of household members participating in activity, knowledge and daily time spending in the greenhouse were explained 55.4 percent of greenhouse owners’ attitude toward sustainable agriculture.
