بررسي نقش عوامل مديريتي بر كاهش تلفات نيروي انساني

A Study of the Role of Managerial Factors on Reducing Human Resources Casualties

پژوهش در راستاي شناخت تاثير سبك رهبري و ويژگيها و وظايف مديريتي فرماندهان بر كاهش تلفات انساني در ناجا انجام شده كه از نظر هدف كاربردي، و به روش توصيفي- پيمايشي و با استفاده از شيوه مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته صورت پذيرفته است. در اين تحقيق ضمن بررسي پرونده هاي پنج سال گذشته كه در كميسيونهاي قانون استخدام ناجا مطرح شده جهت انجام مصاحبه تا زمان اشباع نظري محقق با 31 نفر از كارشناسان و خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع مصاحبه شده است. در ادامه با بهره گيري از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 43 سوال و توزيع بين خبرگان نسبت به ميزان اهميت و اولويت بندي شاخصها اقدام شد. نتايج نشان داد عوامل مديريتي سبك رهبري با ميانگين رتبه اي 1.93 در اولويت اول، ويژگيهاي فرماندهان و مديران؛ ميانگين رتبه اي 1.64 در اولويت دوم و وظايف مديريتي فرماندهان و مديران ناجا؛ ميانگين رتبه اي 1.33 در اولويت سوم بركاهش تلفات نيروي انساني تاثيرگذار بوده است. از شاخصهاي سبك رهبري؛ مديريت پدرانه و حمايتي و از ويژگيهاي فرماندهان و مديران؛ ويژگيهاي مديريتي و از وظايف مديريتي فرماندهان و مديران؛ هدايت و رهبري بيشترين تاثير را بر كاهش تلفات نيروي انساني داشت.

The research has been carried out in order to identify the effect of the leadership style and managerial tasks of the commanders on the reduction of human casualties in NAJA. This study is an applied research and uses descriptive methods to collect data. In this study, sampling was purposive, and the cases in the past five years of 140 and 141 commissions of employment law have been proposed. The researcher has interviewed 31 experts. The researcher made questionnaire which includes 43 items was administered among experts, and the importance and priority of the indicators were measured. According to the results, the management elements of Leadership style with average rating of 1.93 as the first priority, the characteristics of commanders and managers with average rating of 1.64 as the second priority, and the management tasks of police commanders and managers with average rating of 1.33 in the third priority have been effective in reducing human resources casualties. Among management style indicators, the supportive and paternal management, among the characteristics of managers and commanders, the management features, and among the management tasks of managers and commanders, the leadership and guidance had the greatest impact on reducing human casualties.
