عملكرد دهياران زن در فرآيند توسعه روستايي (مطالعه موردي: بخش مركزي شهرستان رشت)

اگر امروزه توسعه روستايي را راهبردي بدانيم كه به منظور بهبود زندگي اقتصادي، اجتماعي، محيطي و... گروه خاصي از مردم به مرحله اجرا درآمده است؛ در اين صورت رابطه معناداري ميان شرح وظايف دهياران و توسعه روستايي قابل مشاهده مي باشد. اين پژوهش بر آن هست تا اهدافي را كه توسعه روستايي به دنبال آن است در عملكرد دهياران زن مورد بررسي قرار دهد. در اين راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزيابي و تحليل عملكرد دهياران زن در مقايسه با عملكرد دهياران مرد مي باشد كه در ابعاد زيست محيطي، اقتصادي - اجتماعي و كالبدي در فرآيند توسعه روستاهاي مورد سنجش و ارزيابي قرار گرفته است. نوع تحقيق توصيفي ـ تحليلي و اطلاعات موردنياز آن از دو روش اسنادي و پيمايشي به دست آمده است. جامعه آماري روستاهاي بخش مركزي شهرستان رشت است. براي بررسي عملكرد زنان 12 روستا دربخش مركزي كه داراي دهيار زن بوده اند و 12روستا كه داراي دهيار مرد بوده اند، انتخاب شده و تعداد 370 پرسش نامه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي در بين روستاييان توزيع شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه زنان در بخش هاي مختلف توسعه روستايي داراي عملكرد متفاوتي بوده و بيشترين عملكرد آنها براساس نظرسنجي و آزمون آماري جان فريدمن در عرصه كالبدي – فيزيكي روستا و در زمينه اقتصادي مي باشد كه در مجموع دهياران زن در بسياري موارد از مردان پيشي گرفته و ميزان رضايت مردم از آنان زياد است.

If today we consider rural development as a strategy, which is implemented to improve the economic, social, environmental life and also the life of a particular group of people, then there is a significant relationship between the duties of Dehyars and rural development. This research tries to study the goals that rural development are looking them in female Dehyars’ performance. Therefore the purpose of present study is evaluating and analyzing the performance of female Dehyars in comparison with male ones, which has been assessed and evaluated in the environmental, socio-economic, and physical aspects of the rural development process. It is a descriptive-analytic study and its necessary data has been collected through both documentary and survey methods. The statistical universe is the villages in central part of Rasht. In order to evaluate the performance of women, 12 villages in the central part of the city which had a female Dehyar and 12 villages with male Dehyar were selected and 370 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling among villagers. The research findings indicate that women in different parts of rural development have different performance and their highest performance based on John Friedman's survey and statistical test is in the physical and economic fields of the village, which totally female Dehyars in many cases and issues are better than male Dehyars and also villagers’ satisfaction toward them is high.
