اسلام دين اعتدال و عقلانيت و اخلاق و انسانيت مي باشد و اين اصول در تمام احكام آن رعايت شده است. اجتهاد صحيح و مطابق نيازهاي روز مي تواند تمامي اصول گفته شده را براي جوامع انساني فراهم بكند و در پرتو فهم درست و استوار از منابع دين چون قرآن و سنت است كه جامعه اسلامي به رشد و بالندگي فرهنگي خواهد رسيد. نكته مهم اينجاست كه اين اصول اگر بر پايه اي محكم بنا شده و درست تفسير شوند باعث شكوفايي فرد و اجتماع مي شود و پيامد منفي نخواهد داشت و اقبال مردم به آن بيشتر خواهد شد. البته عكس مطلب بالا نيز صادق است اگر اصول گفته شده صحيح نباشند و بناي يك حكم فقهي بر اساس ظن و قياس و گمان باطل باشد، قطعا پيامدهاي مخرب و منفي خواهد داشت و راه براي ظهور فتواهاي جاهلانه باز خواهد شد؛ و اينجاست كه بسياري از فتواهاي صادر شده جديد مخالف عقل سليم و شرع مقدس خواهد شد. در عصر حاضر با ظهور فرقه هاي نو ظهور در اديان و مخصوصا اسلام با چنين معضلي روبرو هستيم، گروهك تروريستي داعش كه در چند سال اخير بروزپيدا كرده و هويت واقعي خويش را نشان داده، از نمونه هاي بارز معضل كج فهمي هاي ديني مي باشد. گروهكي كه داعيه اسلام ناب دارد و خود را دولت اسلامي عراق و شام مي داند و همه را غير خويش تكفير ميكند در چند سال اخير عامل جنايت ها ي كثيف و فجايع انساني شده است. نگارنده در اين مقاله به روشن ساختن اين مطلب است كه اين گروه چگونه از منابع فقهي اهل سنت سوء استفاده كرده و احكام را به نفع خويش مصادره ميكنند

Islam is a religion of moderation, rationality, morality and humanity, and these principles are observed in all its rulings. Correct ijtihad and according to the needs of the day can provide all the principles for human societies and in the light of a proper understanding of the sources of religion. In the present age, with the advent of emerging sects in religions, and especially Islam, we face such a disaster; the ISIL terrorist group that has revealed itself in recent years and has shown its true identity is one of the obvious examples of the religious curiosity. A group that claims to be a pure Islam and considers itself to be the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and it's an outsider all over the past few years has been the cause of dirty crimes and human catastrophes.
