Velayat Faqih from the Shia and Sunni point of view

ولايت يكي از اركان مهم دو مذهب تشيع و تسنن مي باشد و از ديدگاه‌هاي گوناگون قابل بررسي است. در اين مقاله، مقايسه اي اجمالي صورت گرفته و آراي شيعه و اهل سنت در مورد ولايت بيان گرديده و سعي شده بدون ترجيح نظر يك مذهب بر مذهب ديگر، فقط آراي موافق و مخالف مطرح شود؛ و نيز انواع ولايت در قرآن و مفاهيم و مصاديق آن با عنايت به آيات شريفه‌اي كه در ارتباط با ولايت، مورد بحث مي باشند مدنظر بوده است. مفسران شيعه و بعضي از مفسران سني، يكي از مهم ترين عوامل يأس كفار از زوال اسلام و تكميل شدن دين را، مسئلة ولايت حضرت علي (ع) به عنوان ولي و ادامه دهندة ولايت مي‌دانند و مي‌گويند در سال حجه الوداع به دنبال نصب امام علي (ع) به عنوان ولي آيه اي نازل گرديد و آية مورد نظر، اشاره به روز غدير خم است.

The Velayat is one of the important pillars of the two Shiite and Sunni religions and can be examined from various perspectives. In this study, a brief comparison is made and the Shi'a and Sunni opinions about the Velayat are expressed and attempts have been made without the preference of a religion to the other religion, only the opposite views. It is also, various types of Velayates in the Quran and concepts and examples that they have been considered in connection with the Shari'ah verses relating to the Velayat. Shiite commentators and some Sunni commentators, one of the most important factors of despondent disbelief of the decline of Islam and the completion of religion, consider the question of the Prophet Ali (PBUH) as the governor and governor of the province and say that in the year Hajj al-Wadah sought the installation of Imam Ali (As) was revealed as a verse but the meaning of the verse refers to the day of Ghadir Kum.
