The Impact of Law and Ethics on Human Behavior

آنچه مسلم است آن است كه بدون شك رفتار بشري تحت تاثير مستقيم حقوق و اخلاق مي باشد. حقوقاز سويي با اعمال ضمانت اجرا (در صورت زير پا گذاشتن قواعد حقوقي)، اخلاقيات را متاثر ساخته و از سويي ديگر، اخلاق رابطه متقابلي با حقوق داشته بدين معنا كه رفتار زشت و ناپسند، شايسته تقبيح و مذمت بوده و رفتار خوب مستحق تمجيد و ستايش مي باشد. هدف از نگارش مقاله مزبور، بررسي تاثير حقوق و اخلاق بر رفتار بشري مي باشد كه در اين راستا به مطالعه ارزش هاي مختلف بشري كه نشأت گرفته از پيوند اخلاق و حقوق مي باشند، خواهيم پرداخت.در پژوهش حاضر، ارتباط بين حقوق و اخلاق به عنوان ابزاري جهت كنترل رفتار تبيين گرديده وبه نقش مهم استفادهتوأمان اين دو ابزار و اثربخشي آن در كنترل رفتار اشاره شده است. روش گردآوري اطلاعات بر مبناي روش كتابخانه اي بوده و ابزار گردآوري از طريق فيش برداري از منابع موجود اعم از كتاب ها، مقالات مندرج در سايت ها و مجلات معتبر و استفاده از پايگاه هاي الكترونيكي مي باشد

Obviously human behavior is directly affected by law and ethics. Law affects ethics through legal sanctions (in case of violation of legal rules) on the one hand; and ethics has an interaction with law on the other hand, in the sense that indecent behavior deserves to be denounced and reproached, while good behavior deserves praise and applause. This paper aims to investigate the impact of law and ethics on human behavior. To achieve this, the researchers will focus on the various human values deriving from the linkage of ethics and law. The association between law and ethics is explained in this research as a tool for behavior control and the important role of the combined use of these two tools and their effectiveness in behavior control has been stressed. The library method has been used in this study for data collection and the required data have been gathered through note-taking from the existing resources including the books and articles included in valid websites and journals, as well as through the use of electronic databases.
