يكي از ويژگي‌ها و مسايل جوامع بشري تنوعات هويتي و نحوه سياست‌گذاري و مديريت آنها جهت دستيابي به انسجام هويتي است كه تلاش‌هاي صورت گرفته در اين مورد توسط نظام‌هاي سياسي در قالب الگوهايي چون يكسان‌سازي و تكثرگرايي نمود يافته است. ايران نيز با اين پديده مواجه بوده و يكي از مسايل امروزه آن ضرورت ارايه الگويي بومي و مطلوب در اين زمينه است. اين مقاله در پي پاسخ به چيستي چنين الگويي است. به نظر مي‌رسد با عنايت به نيازهاي جديد خرده‌هويت‌ها از يك طرف و سابقه دين و مذهب در ايران از طرف ديگر، الگوي شهروندي دين‌پايه بهترين نمونه است كه انسجام ملي و هويتي را در كشور ما تامين خواهد كرد؛ اين مقاله مي‌كوشد با استفاده از روش طراحي سيستمي چگونگي عملياتي شدن اين مدل بومي را نشان دهد.

One of the characteristics and issues of human societies is identity variations, and how they are policymaking and managing them in order to achieve identity cohesion, which efforts have been made in this regard by political systems in the form of models such as unification and pluralism. This article seeks to answer the question of what such a pattern is. On the other hand, the pattern of citizenship of the basic religion seems to be the best example of providing national and identity coherence in our country, due to the new needs of fragmented identities and the history of religion in Iran.
