Political Tolerance on the Main Framework of Islamic Political Philosophy

متفكران اجتماعي در طول تاريخ همواره به دنبال كشف عناصري بوده اند كه بتوانند كشمكش هاي موجود در جوامع انساني را به حداقل رسانند و آن را به صورتي بهينه مديريت كنند. فيلسوفان سياسي اسلامي با اتكا به بررسي هاي موشكافانه خود درباره نفس انساني، نهادينه شدن عناصر سعه صدر، تحمل و مدارا را در تعاملات اجتماعي، از عوامل اصلي كاهش و كنترل سطح برخورد و منازعه در ميان گروه ها، اصناف و افراد اجتماع مي دانند. اين پژوهش در پاسخ به اين پرسش كه «از منظر فلسفه سياسي اسلامي، عنصر مداراي سياسي چگونه و بر اساس چه راهبردهايي مي تواند تعاملات ميان دولت و ملت و همچنين افراد، احزاب، گروه ها و سازماني هاي رسمي و غيررسمي را به نحو بهينه مديريت كند و از بروز برخوردهاي خشن و قهرآميز جلوگيري نمايد؟» مي كوشد با روش توصيفي - تحليلي و با تجزيه و تحليل ديدگاه هاي فيلسوفان سياسي اسلامي، تصويري دقيق از جايگاه و نقش اين عنصر در مهندسي سياسي - اجتماعي ارائه كند. هدف مقاله، اثبات اين مسئله است كه مداراي سياسي در فلسفه سياسي اسلامي، از عوامل اصلي تحقق مدينه فاضله و مديريت بهينه سياسي و اجتماعي بوده، همين امر فيلسوفان سياسي اسلامي را واداشته است تا هم نخبگان و مديران جامعه و هم توده هاي مردم را به در پيش گرفتن مسير مدارا در روابط متقابل خود فراخوانند و به همين دليل، راهبردهايي چون تقويت مباني عقيدتي و اخلاقي، نهادينه سازي عقلانيت در روابط اجتماعي و... را براي تثبيت و تعميق عناصر تحمل و مدارا در مناسبات و تعاملات اجتماعي ارائه كنند.

The social thinkers have been constantly looking for the identification of elements in order to decrease the challenges present in the societies and manage it in the favorable way. The Political Islamic philosophers، relying on their meticulous analysis related to the self of human have deemed institutionalization of elements like patience and tolerance in the social interactions as the main elements of decreasing and controlling the level of dealing with or struggling among groups and castes as well as the people in community. This research is to answer the question that: in view of Islamic political philosophy ،which strategies، how and on which base the element of political tolerance can manage the interactions between government and nation as well as people، parties، groups ، formal and informal organizations in the favorable way and avoid any violent behaviors. The article tries to present an exact illustration of the position and role of this element in the social-political engineering via the descriptive-analytical method along with the analysis of viewpoints of Islamic political philosophers. The objective of this article is proving this issue that the political tolerance in the Islamic political philosophy is considered as the main element towards the realization of ideal city and the optimal political-social management. This very issue has made the Islamic political philosophers to call the elites، managers of community and mass of people for considering tolerance in the reciprocal relationships to present the strategies like strengthening ethical and belief foundations، as well as the institutionalization of rationality in the social relationships towards the stabilizing and deepening of tolerance in regard with the relationships and social interactions.
