محدوديت هاي مالي بر سرمايه­ گذاري در حوزه تحقيق و توسعه شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

Financial Constraints on Investment in the Research and Development Area of the Companies Listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange

اين پژوهش به بررسي تاثير محدوديت هاي مالي بر سرمايه گذاري در حوزه ي تحقيق و توسعه در شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي پردازد. تحقيق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، يك تحقيق كاربردي است. نمونه آماري 90 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران و دوره زماني پژوهش سال هاي 1387 تا 1393 مي باشد. متغير محدوديت هاي مالي به عنوان متغير مستقل و سرمايه گذاري در حوزه ي تحقيق و توسعه به عنوان متغير وابسته در نظر گرفته شدند. در اين مطالعه، با استفاده از روش تجزيه و تحليل رگرسيوني و نرم افزار EViews به آزمون فرضيه ها پرداخته و روش مورد استفاده براي تخمين مدل، روش داده هاي تابلويي اثرات ثابت بوده است. نتايج تخمين معادلات نشان داد كه رابطه منفي و معناداري بين محدوديت هاي مالي و هزينه هاي تحقيق و توسعه برقرار است؛ به عبارت ديگر با افزايش محدوديت هاي مالي، هزينه هاي تحقيق و توسعه كاهش مي يابد.

The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of financial constraints on investment in the research and development area in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. This is an applied research in terms of goal. The research sample includes 90 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange which have been studied between 2009 and 2015. Financial constraints and investment on the research and development area have been used as the independent variable and the dependent variable respectively. The hypotheses were tested in this study using regression analysis method and Eviews Software, and the method used to estimate the model was fixed effects panel data method. The estimation results showed that there exists a significant negative relationship between financial constraints and the research and development costs. In other words, an increase in financial constraints reduces the research and development costs.
