رابطه دوره هاي آموزشي مهارت هاي اجتماعي سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران با فرهنگ شهروندي(مطالعه موردي: منطقه 8 سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران)

The relationship between social skills training courses of cultural and artistic organization of Tehran municipality and the citizenship culture (A case study)

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: فرهنگ شهروندي به عنوان يك مفهوم جديد در هزاره سوم، به شكل مستقيم تحت تاثير مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي شهروندان قرار دارد. مقاله حاضر در همين راستا هدف خود را شناسايي رابطه دوره‌هاي آموزشي مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران با فرهنگ شهروندي قرار داده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ شيوه اجراي آن، پيمايشي توصيفي از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در مقاله حاضر عبارتست از كليه شهروندان شركت كننده در دوره‌هاي آموزش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي منطقه هشت سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران در شش ماهه نخست سال 1395 خورشيدي كه شامل 400 نفر است. نمونه مورد مطالعه به صورت تصادفي و به حجم 196 نفر به پيشنهاد فرمول كوكران انتخاب گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها عبارت بود از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتني بر طيف ليكرت 5 سطحي براي سنجش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگ شهروندي (به ترتيب مشتمل بر 20 و 22 سوال). يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه رابطه معنا‌داري بين آموزش مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگ شهروندي شهروندان مراجعه كننده به مراكز منطقه8 سازمان فرهنگي هنري شهرداري تهران وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: با استفاده از محاسبه ضريب همبستگي رتبه اي اسپيرمن نشان داد همبستگي مثبت و معناداري بين آموزش مهارت قابليت بيان افكار در تبادلات اجتماعي، آموزش مهارت دانش نسبت به نقش‌ها و ارزش‌هاي اجتماعي، آموزش مهارت‌هاي حل مسئله، آموزش مهارت‌هاي ايفاي نقش‌هاي اجتماعي و فرهنگ شهروندي در جمعيت آماري مورد مطالعه وجود دارد. البته شواهد آماري كافي براي اثبات همبستگي آموزش مهارت درك شرايط مختلف اجتماعي و فرهنگ شهروندي يافت نشد.

Thus the aim of this research is to identify the relation between social skills education in Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture.The research method in terms of the purpose is an applied and in terms of its implementation manner,is a survey descriptive one. The statistical population of this research consisted of participants of Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization social skills courses containing 400 persons in the first six months of the year 1395. The sample was selected randomly in a size of 169 suggested bu Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was 2 questionnairs: a researcher made questionnaire of social skills containing 20 questions and another researcher made questionnaire of civic culture containing 22 questions which their validity approved through consulting experts and their reliability assured by calculating cronbatch’s alpha.( the value of alpha was 0.802 and 0.816 respectively). The resuls by calculating Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient confirmed that there is a significant positive correlation between social skills education courses in Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture in the population.rch is to identify the relation between social skills education in Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization and civic cultur cultural and artistic organization and population.
