سطوح عدالت در نظام سياسي اسلام با نگاهي به انديشه امام خميني

Levels of Justice in the Political System of Islam with Regard to Imam Khomeini`s View

تحقيق حاضر، به تشريح، توليد و بازتوليد عدالت بر‌اساس منابع سه‌گانه‌ نظام سياسي اسلام، جهت سياست‌گذاري‌هاي كلان و نقش تاثيرگذار عدالت در توسعه اجتماعي و تصميم‌گيري سياسي و اجتماعي مي‌پردازد. مبناي مفهومي و نظري مباحث پژوهش، بر‌اساس انديشه اسلامي و نظر امام خميني+ در كتاب‌هاي «شرح حديث جنود عقل و جهل» و نيز كتاب «چهل حديث» مي‌باشد. براساس اين، طبق انديشه امام خميني+ انسان‌ها داراي سه‌لايه‌ وجودي، شامل: عقل، نفس و جسم هستند و دين نيز شامل اعتقادات، اخلاق و احكام (فقه) است. بنابراين، مقاله پيش‌رو درصدد است سطوح عدالت را در سه محور اعتقادي، اخلاقي و فقهي و همچنين تأثير آن‌ها بر يكديگر را تبيين نمايد.

The present study has intended to describe, produce and reproduce justice based on the three sources of Islamic political system, for macro policies and the effectual role of justice in social development and political and social decision making. The conceptual and theoretical basis of the research topics is based on Islamic thought and Imam Khomeini's view in his books of "Sharh-e hadith-e Junud-e `Aql wa Jahl" and "Sharh-e Chehel Hadith". As understood, on Imam Khomeini's thought, human has existential tensions, including: wisdom, soul and body, and religion includes beliefs, ethics and feqh. Therefore, the paper seeks to explain the levels of justice in three axes of belief, ethics and feqh, as well as their impact on each other.
