Deconstruction Strategy and the Possibility of Justice Realization

با وجود اين‌كه واسازي غالباً به خنثي‌بودن و بي‌تفاوتي نسبت به ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي متهم شده است، در اين نوشتار كه مطالعه‌اي موردي درباره ديدگاه دريداست، شاهد خواهيم بود كه چگونه دريدا واسازي را به‌عنوان يك استراتژي ايجابي و هنجاري در تحقق عدالت تفسير مي‌كند. او اقتدار حكومتي را به دليل خصوصيت دوگانه و متضادي كه دارد، قابل واسازي مي‌داند ولي از سوي ديگر، عدالت و ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي عام و جهان‌شمول واسازي‌پذير نيستند. همين واقعيت مي‌تواند امكان بازطراحي و اصلاح قوانين موجود را در جهت تحقق عدالت به همراه داشته باشد. دريدا، از بازبيني جدّي سيستم قضايي بر مبناي تمايل براي يك «عدالت غيرممكن» سخن مي‌گويد؛ عدالتي كه فراسوي منطق حساب‌گرانه قانون باشد. بدين‌ترتيب، واسازي صرفاً نظريه‌اي راجع به متون فلسفي يا ادبي نيست كه هيچ ارتباطي با واقعيت‌هاي بيروني نداشته باشد، بلكه رويكردي اخلاقي نسبت به جهان است كه مي‌تواند روش تفكر و زندگي اجتماعي ما را در قبال «ديگري» تغيير دهد.

Although deconstruction has often been accused of neutrality and indifferent to moral values, in this paper, which is a case study of the Derrida’s viewpoint, we will see how he interprets deconstruction as a positive and normative strategy for the realization of justice. He considers government authority to be deconstructable by virtue of its dual and contradictory character, but, on the other hand, he believes that justice and universal moral values are not deconstructable. This same reality can lead to the remaking and amending of existing laws in order to achieve justice. Derrida speaks of a serious review of the judicial system based on the desire for an "impossible justice"; a justice that goes beyond the rational logic of law. Thus, deconstruction is not merely a theory of philosophical or literary texts that have nothing to do with external reality, but an ethical approach to the world that can change our way of thinking and social life toward “the other."
