تبيين اعجاز تشريعي قرآن در تفاسير معاصر (مطالعة موردي تفاسير المنار و نمونه)

The Clarification of Legislative inimitability of the Qur'an in Contemporary Exegeses (Case Study of Al-Manar and Nemouneh Commentaries)

يكي از ابعاد اعجاز قرآن ‌كريم «اعجاز تشريعي» است؛ بدين معنا كه احكام شرعي قرآن در ابعاد فردي و اجتماعي ويژگي‌هايي دارد كه هيچ بشري قادر به عرضۀ هماوَردي براي آن نيست. هماهنگي قرآن با عقل و فطرت، توجه به تمام جنبه‌هاي زندگي فردي و اجتماعي انسان‌ها، مبرا بودن قرآن از هر گونه تناقض، ارائۀ آن توسط فردي درس‌نخوانده، توافق قوانين قرآن با علم و ... زمينه‌ساز اعجاز تشريعي شده است. مفسران همواره به اين بُعد از اعجاز توجه كرده و به تبيين آن پرداخته‌اند. از جملۀ اين مفسران رشيدرضا در تفسير المنار و آيت‌الله مكارم در تفسير نمونه‌اند؛ آن‌ها در تفاسير خود به مسائل اجتماعي توجه فراوان كرده و تلاش كرده‌اند تا اعجاز قرآن را در اين بُعد بيش‌تر نشان دهند. از اين‌ رو، جامعه‌نگري و برداشت‌هاي اجتماعي از آيات قرآن در تفاسير المنار و نمونه به شكل گسترده به چشم مي‌خورد. اين تحقيق با پژوهش در اين تفاسير نشان داده كه، از نظر اين مفسران، مهم‌ترين وجه اعجاز قرآن نه اعجاز ادبي، بلكه اعجاز تشريعي است و همۀ معارف الهي، اصول عقايد، احكام عبادات، قوانين، فضايل و آداب و قوانين سياسي، مدني و اجتماعي قرآن كريم كه با شرايط همۀ زمان‌ها و مكان‌ها سازگار است از والاترين ابعاد اعجاز قرآن است.

One aspect of the Qur'an inimitability is legislative miracle. It means canonical injunctions of the Qur'an in both individual and social aspects have features which no one can bring like them. Coordination of the Qur'an with wisdom and human nature, its consideration to all aspects of human life, lakes of every contradiction in the Qur'an, offering of the Qur'an through illiterate person and its accordance with the sciences and etc are some aspects of legislative inimitability of the Qur'an. Exegetes usually have given attention to this kind of Qur'an miracle. Rashid Reza and Ayat Allah Makarem are two of these commentators. They have considered widely to the social themes and concept in the Qur'an so that they show Qur'an legislative inimitability. Hence, sociology and social understanding of the Qur'an is prominent characteristic in their exegeses. This study attempts to show that the highest form of miracles of the Qur'an is legislative inimitability. So, it represents all of divine injunctions, belief principles, worshiping instructions, political and social rules which are accordance with the every time, everywhere and every one are different kinds of legislative inimitability of the Qur'an.
