در سازمان‌هاي امروزه، تغيير فرايندي اجتناب ناپذير محسوب مي‌شود. پيچيدگي‌هاي محيط كنوني و پيشرفت‌هاي روز افزون امروزي بقاي سازمان‌ها را در گرو تحول سازماني و استفاده از آينده پژوهي در جهت بهينه كردن منابع در فرايند وابستگي محيطي است. رابطه وابستگي به منابع محيطي، زماني اهميت بيشتري مي‌يابد كه منابعي كمياب و ارزشمند براي بقا سازمان نقش حياتي داشته باشد. لذا همه انواع سازمانها و بنگاه ها به نحوي سعي مي‌كنند تا با كاهش وابستگي، اين منابع را تحت مديريت خود در بياورند تا حيات خود را تضمين نمايند به بيان ديگردر عصر حاضر، تحول، بازسازي و نوسازي يكي از ابعاد مهم سلامت سازماني بوده و بنابراين، مديريتِ تغيير در سازمانها يكي از مشكل‌ترين وظائف مديران پيشرو است. در اين شرايط محيطي و روابط متقابل محيط و سازمان‌ها، شايد بتوان بزرگترين هنر آينده انديشي و آينده پژوهي را ايجاد آمادگي براي رويارويي با آينده دانست. بزرگ‌ترين دستاورد دانش نوپاي آينده پژوهي اين است كه امروز به خوبي درك شود كه فرآيند تكامل آينده، بسيار پيچيده‌تر از آن است كه بتوان آن را پيشگويي كرد

In today's organizations, change is an inevitable process. The complexity of the current environment and the current advancements in the survival of organizations depend on the organizational transformation and the use of future studies to optimize resources in the process of environmental affiliation. The relationship of environmental resource dependence becomes more important when rare and valuable resources for the survival of the organization play a vital role. Therefore, all types of organizations and firms are trying to reduce their dependence to manage these resources in order to ensure their own lives. In other words, in the present era, transformation, reconstruction and modernization is an important aspect of organizational health and therefore Managing change in organizations is one of the most difficult tasks of leading executives. In these environmental conditions and the interactions between the environment and organizations, perhaps the greatest art of futurism and futures studies may be considered as a preparation for confronting the future. The greatest achievement of the up-to-date knowledge of future studies is to understand today that the process of future evolution is far more complex than it can be predicted.
