بررسي نقش، اثربخشي و ارزيابي حسابرسي داخلي در شركت نفت فلات قاره ايران

Explore the Role, Effectiveness and Evaluation of Internal Audit at the Iranian Offshore Oil Company

در اين پژوهش نقش، اثربخشي و ارزيابي حسابرسي داخلي در شركت نفت فلات قاره ايران به‌عنوان يكي از شركت‌هاي فرعي شركت ملي نفت موردبررسي قرارگرفته است. در اين مطالعه براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه كتبي كه قابليت اعتماد و اعتبار آن تاييدشده است، استفاده‌شده است. جامعه آماري موردمطالعه اين پژوهش، مديران، روسا، سرپرستان، مسيولان، كارشناسان ارشد، حسابرسان مستقل و حسابرسان داخلي شركت نفت فلات قاره ايران در ستاد و مناطق شش‌گانه عملياتي در سال 1393 بوده است. براي آزمون فرضيه‌هاي اين تحقيق از آزمون تي- تست استفاده‌شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه حسابرسي داخلي نتوانسته است نقش خود را به‌خوبي در شركت ايفا نمايد و به لحاظ كاركردي اثربخش نبوده است و عملكرد فعلي حسابرسي داخلي مطابق با نقش‌هاي مورد انتظار از آن نبوده است.

In this research have been investigated role, effectiveness and evaluation of internal audit in the Offshore Oil Company as a subsidiary of the national oil companies. In this study, a questionnaire that its reliability and validity has been confirmed, is used to collect data. The population studied in this research was included managers, directors, supervisors, authorities, senior specialists, external auditors and internal auditors of Iranian Offshore Oil Companyʹs headquarter and six operation areas in 1393 year. To test the hypotheses of this study is used T-test. The findings showed that the internal auditor has failed to play its role well in the company and that function is not effective and current performance of internal audit is not in accordance with the its expected role.
