چكيده فارسي :
از جمله عوامل گوناگونی كه می‌تواند توسعه پایدار شهری را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد، گردشگری و پیامدهای حاصل از آن می‌باشد، به‌طوری كه بررسی جامع پیامدهای گسترش گردشگری در یك منطقه شهری، مستلزم بررسی آن در قالب توسعه پایدار شهری است. در این راستا، مقاله حاضر سعی در شناسایی و واكاوی موانع و محدودیت‌های توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهر ساحلی تنكابن را دارد. روش پژوهش در تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی- تحلیلی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد. تعداد نمونه‌ها با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 323 نفر از سرپرستان خانوار شهر تنكابن بدست آمده است كه بصورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. به‌منظور سنجش موانع و محدودیت‌های توسعه پایدار گردشگری در شهر ساحلی تنكابن، با استفاده از مدل تحلیل عاملی، 38 متغیر در قالب چهار ُبعد توسعه پایدار (اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیست-محیطی و كالبدی) مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. در نهایت موانع و محدودیت‌ها به‌صورت جدا‌گانه در هفت عامل دسته‌بندی گردیده‌اند كه نتایج نشان می‌دهند؛ موانع پایداری 75/74 درصد از واریانس كل را به‌خود اختصاص داده‌اند كه ُبعد زیست‌محیطی با 12/16درصد از واریانس مقدار ویژه به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین مانع شناخته شده است. همچنین نتایج حاصل از چرخش عامل‌ها به روش واریماكس نشان می‌دهد كه از 38 متغیر وارد شده در تحلیل عاملی اكتشافی، تنها 25 متغیر كه دارای بار عاملی بالای چهار درصد بوده باقی مانده‌اند. واژگان كلیدی: توسعه پایدار شهری، گردشگری، شهر ساحلی تنكابن، تحلیل عاملی.

Samples using Cochran formula is obtained Tonekabon 323 of the heads of households who were selected randomly and systematically. In order to assess the obstacles to sustainable development of tourism in the coastal city Tonekabon, using factor analysis, 38 variables in four dimensions of sustainable development (economic, social, environmental and physical) were tested. Finally, constraints on seven factors were classified separately, the results show: Stability obstacles 74.75% of the total variance accounted for 16.12% of the special physical environmental barriers to known as the main obstacle.
