نقش تربيتي نهادهاي اجتماعي در تحقق جامعه ديني

The Educational Role of Social Organizations in the Creation of a Religious Society

هر جامعه اي متشكل از نهادهايي است كه بر اساس وظايف و كاركردهاي خود، نقش خاصي در مديريت وحركت جامعه به سوي رشد و توسعه ايفا مي كنند. اين كاركردها در حوزه هاي مختلف سياسي، اجتماعي،اقتصادي، و فرهنگي رخ مي دهد. نهادهاي اجتماعي زماني مي توانند نقش واقعي خود را به درستي ايفا كنندكه با توجه به كاركردها و وظايف نهادهاي خود، در يك نگرش سيستمي و در ارتباط و تعامل با يكديگرعمل كنند. اين پژوهش به روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي درصدد تبيين اجمالي كاركردها و وظايف هريك از ايننهادهاي اجتماعي به طور مستقل، نقش آنها را در تعامل با يكديگر براي تحقق جامعه ديني مورد تحليلقرار داده است. روشن است اگر جامعه اي به دنبال تحقق اهداف متعالي ديني و الهي بود، سياست ها وبرنامه هاي كلان و خرد آن بايد به گونه اي تنظيم و تدوين شوند كه با تربيت ديني افراد جامعه، به سويتشكيل يك جامعه ولايي و توحيدي گام برداشته، به هدف نهايي جامعه ديني، يعني قرب و رضوان الهيخود را نزديك نمايد. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه هرچند هريك از نهادها بر اساس وظايف و كاركردهايخود، بخشي از وظايف جامعه را به عهده گرفته و انجام مي دهند، اما زماني جامعه در مسير صحيح تحققاهداف خود قرار خواهد گرفت و از آسيب هاي دروني و بيروني مصون خواهد ماند كه نهادها با يكديگرتعامل و همكاري داشته و با هماهنگي امور جامعه را پيش ببرند.

Each society is formed with organizations that promote the community toward growth and development based on its own responsibilities and functions. These functions can be discussed in political, social, economic and cultural areas. Social organizations can play their role best when they act in a systematic spotlight, considering the functions and responsibilities of their ow organizations. The present paper seeks at exploring the functions and responsibilities of each of these social organization independently, and analyzes their roles in interaction with each other in order to manifest a religious society. In case a society is moving toward the manifestation of the divine purposes, the macro politics in that society must be formed in a way that by religiously educating the people, it moves toward monasticism and the ultimate goal of a society that is nearness to God would be met. The findings show that each organization based on its responsibility does a part of the duties in a society. A society is aligned in the true path of success and it is away from the internal and external harms once organizations are in complete agreement and harmony and they do the responsibilities in a society harmoniously. This is a descriptive-analytic paper.
