The Relationship between Teachersיי Attitude towards the Use of Electronic Content and Educational Technology with Student Learning

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي رابطه نگرش معلمان نسبت به استفاده از محتواي الكترونيكي و فناوري آموزشي با يادگيري دانش‏آموزان شهر لامرد است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهيت، كاربردي و از نظر گردآوري داده‎ها، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي بوده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق، شامل كليه معلمان شهر لامرد كه در سال تحصيلي 96- 1395 در مدارس اين شهر مشغول به تدريس بوده‎اند، مي‎‎‏‎‎‎باشد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گيري طبقه‎اي، نمونه‌هاي آماري به تعداد 152 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده‎هاي پژوهش با استفاده از دو ‏‏پرسش‏نامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوري گرديد. روايي صوري و محتوايي ‏‏پرسش‏نامه‎ها مورد تاييد ‎‎‏‎محققان و متخصصان قرار گرفت. پايايي ‏‏پرسش‏نامه‌ها از طريق محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ ‎‎‏‎براي ‏‏‏پرسش‏نامه نگرش معلمان نسبت به كاربرد فن آوري و محتواي الكترونيكي 831/0 و ‏‏‏پرسش‏نامه ‎‎‏‎يادگيري 901/0 برآورد گرديد. داده‎هاي حاصل، با استفاده از آمار توصيفي، آزمون فريدمن و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تجزيه و تحليل گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه بين نگرش به استفاده از محتواي الكترونيكي و فناوري آموزشي ‎‎‏‎با يادگيري دانش‎آموزان ‎‎‏‎رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. هم‎چنين‌، يافته‎ها نشان داد كه محتواي الكترونيكي و رسانه آموزشي به روز و كارآمد، انگيزه و تسلط معلمان در به‌كارگيري رسانه-‏هاي آموزشي باعث ايجاد انگيزه يادگيري در دانش‎آموزان آنان مي‎‎‏‎ گردد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachersʹ attitude towards using electronic content and educational technology with the learning of students in Lamerd city. The research method has been applied in terms of purpose and nature, and in terms of data collection, a descriptive correlation has been used. The statistical population of the study included all teachers in Lamerd who taught at the schools in the school year of 2016-17. In this study, stratified sampling method was used to select 152 individuals. Data were collected using two researcher-made questionnaires. The face and content validity of questionnaires were confirmed by researchers and experts. Reliability of the questionnaires by calculating the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient was estimated 0.831 and 0.901 for teachersʹ attitude towards the use of technology and electronic content questionnaire and learning questionnaire respectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Friedman test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the attitude of using electronic content and educational technology with studentsʹ learning. Also, the findings showed that the electronic content and up-to-date and effective educational media, the motivation and teachers mastery in the use of educational media will motivate their students to learn.
