The Relation between Knowledge Sharing and Innovation among the Department of Extension and Rural Development Students at the College of Agriculture in Tabriz

تسهيم دانش به‌عنوان يكي از ابعاد مديريت دانش مي‌تواند از مهم‌ترين عوامل موفقيت سازمان‌ها در محيط متغير و پيچيده امروزي و بخصوص در سازمان‌هاي دانش‌محور باشد و نقش تعيين‌كننده‌اي در بالندگي آن ايفا نمايد. هدف اين مقاله بررسي رابطه بين تسهيم دانش و نوآوري در دانشجويان رشته ترويج و توسعه روستايي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه تبريز است. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف، كاربردي و ازلحاظ گردآوري داده‌ها پيمايشي-همبستگي است. بر اساس جدول مورگان، نمونه موردمطالعه 80 نفر از دانشجويان رشته ترويج و توسعه روستايي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه تبريز بوده و داده‌ها بر اساس پرسشنامه استانداردشده تسهيم دانش مدل ديكسون و پرسشنامه نوآوري جمع آوري شده اند. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار spss18 پردازش‌شده و از روش‌هاي آماري آزمون كلموگروف-اسميرنوف، آزمون فريدمن و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون تحليل واريانس يك طرفه ANOVA استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد بين تسهيم دانش و ميزان نوآوري در حالت كلي و متغيرهاي تسهيم دانش ترتيبي، تسهيم دانش آشكار، تسهيم دانش ضمني، تسهيم دانش استراتژيك و تسهيم دانش كارشناسي با نوآوري ارتباط مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد. هر چه تسهيم دانش ميان دانشجويان رشته ترويج و توسعه روستايي دانشكده كشاورزي بيشتر باشد، گرايش به نوآوري نيز بالاتر است و اتخاذ رويكردهايي نظير توسعه سيستم‌هاي الكترونيكي، برگزاري جلساتي براي تبادل دانش و تجربه، برگزاري همايش‌ها، مستندسازي دانش و تجارب از راهكارهاي ارتقاي سطح دانش و به‌خصوص تسهيم دانش در دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه تبريز مي‌باشد.

Knowledge sharing as one of the aspects of knowledge management can be the most important factors for success in the changing environment of today's complex, especially in knowledge-based organizations. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation among the department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agriculture in Tabriz University. it is an applied research and in terms of data collection is correlation survey. According to Morgan table, the sample of this study is 80 students of department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agriculture and data have been collected by Dixon knowledge sharing model and innovation standardized questionnaires and data were analyzed by software spss18. Statistical Methods such as the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test statistics, Friedman test and Pearson's correlation coefficient and One-way analysis of variance)ANOVA( was used. The results show that the between sharing of knowledge and innovation in general and its variables such as ordinal knowledge sharing, sharing of explicit knowledge, tacit knowledge sharing, sharing of strategic knowledge and sharing expertise with innovation is a significant positive relationship. The sharing of knowledge among students of faculty of Agriculture is high, the level of ttendency to innovation is higher. Approaches such as the development of electronic systems, exchange of knowledge and experience by meetings and conferences, documentation of knowledge and experiences is strategies to improve knowledge and sharing of knowledge in of tabriz university faculty of Agriculture students
