رويكردي در نظريه ساختاري - عملكردي مبتني بر تعليم و تربيت فطرت گرا

AN APPROACH IN THE STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL THEORY BASED ON NATURE-ORIENTED EDUCATION AND TRAINING

زمينه و هدف: فطرت ازجمله مهم ترين مباحث موردتوجه در تعليم و تربيت اسلامي است كه نه تنها سرمايه و گنجينه اي معرفتي، بلكه همچون قطب نما و جهت يابي است كه انسان را در مسير تعالي در جهت نيل به معبودش ياري مي كند. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي نظريه ساختاري-عملكردي مبتني بر تعليم و تربيت فطرت گرا انجام گرفته است و به بررسي عملكرد فطرت در حالات، مراتب و موقعيت هاي مختلف و در تركيب با ساير ابعاد وجودي انسان (نفس، عقل و دل) مي پردازد. روش تحقيق: پژوهش حاضر به شيوه توصيفي-تحليلي انجام پذيرفته است. يافته ها: بر مبناي يافته هاي بحث نظري و متناسب با غايات، مشخص شد كه تعليم و تربيت فطرت گرا موجب پيمودن «مسير قرب الي الله» مي شود؛ متربي تبديل به «سالك سير الي الله» و مربي داراي نقش هادي رباني مي گردد. فطرت آدمي كه هم سرمايه تربيت و هم راهنماي آن است شامل فطرت عقل، فطرت نفس و فطرت قلب است. نتيجه گيري: نتايج به دست آمده نشان مي دهد كه توجه و تربيت ابعاد وجودي انسان (نفس، عقل و دل)، مبتني بر تربيت فطرت گرا، مي تواند باعث برانگيختن نيروي تعقل و تفكر در سبك زندگي موحدانه و رشد و تعالي فطرت محور متربيان شود. همچنين الگوي تعليم و تربيت بايد بر اساس نظام ساختاري ارزش هاي تربيتي تنظيم شود تا در پرتو آن زمينه هاي پرورش و شكوفايي بذر دانش در اقليم فطري انسان را فراهم گردد. به منظور تدوين يك برنامه تربيتي جامع در حوزه پرورش فطرت، عقل، دل و يا هر نوع نظام تعليم و تربيتي اعم از الهي و سكولار نيز لازم است كه همه الزامات تربيتي شناسايي شوند و مدنظر قرار گيرند.

Background and purpose: One of the most important issues that is concerned in Islamic education and training is human nature, that’s not only capital and a wealth of knowledge, but also it’s such a compass and navigator that helps human beings on the way of transcendence to reach their God. This research has been done with the purpose of investigating structural-functional theory based on nature-oriented education and training and it has investigated human nature’s performance in different states, conditions and situations and in the combination with other aspects of human beings (soul, mind and heart). Methodology: this paper is done through descriptive-analytical method. Findings: Based on the findings of theoretical discussion and in accordance with the results, it was found that human nature-oriented education and training causes pacing “the path of getting close to God”; and the trainee becomes a “pilgrim in the path of getting close to God,” and the trainer has the role of God conductor. Human nature that is the education capital and his/her guide.it is divided to the rational nature, the soul nature, and the heart nature. Conclusion: The results show that concerning and training the aspects of human beings (soul, mind and heart), based on human nature-oriented training and education, can cause stimulating intellectual and thinking ability of trainees in monotheistic and growth and transcendent of trainees’ human nature-oriented lifestyle. Also education and training pattern should set up based on educational values structural systems in order to provide the basis of fosterage and actualization of knowledge in human nature. In order to codifying a comprehensive educational plan in the field of educating human nature, mind, heart or any other educational system, both divine and secular, it is needed to recognize and concern all educational requirements.
