بررسي نقش فقر اقتصادي و فرهنگي در ازدياد قتل در جامعه

Investigating the Role of Economic and Cultural Poverty in the Proliferation of Murder in Society

با نگاهي گذرا به بروز پديده جرم و جنايت در جوامع،شاهد آن خواهيم بود كه تحميل عوامل اقتصادي نظير تورم،نابرابري درآمدي فقر،بيكاري و...بر روح و روان افراد جامعه تاثير گذار بوده و باعث بروز آشگفتي هاي رواني مي شود كه قتل يكي از اين موارد مي باشد.فقر مهم ترين دليل قتل هايي است كه اتفاق مي افتد.البته منظور از فقر فقط اقتصادي نيست بلكه فقر فرهنگي نيز وجود دارد و البته تاكيد مي كنيم فقر فرهنگي هم بر اثر فقر مالي رخ مي دهد.اين پژوهش نيز بر اساس روشي تحليلي- توصيفي و بهره گيري از منابع موجود به بررسي نقش فقر اقتصادي و فرهنگي در ازدياد قتل پرداخته است.بررسي ها بيانگر آن بود كه از بين رفتن آرامش مردم به دليل تنگناهاي اقتصادي است كه درگير آن هستند و متاسفانه هزينه سنگيني را به جامعه وارد مي كند.مسايل اقتصادي اولين انگيزه در قتل است.فقر يكي از موثرترين عوامل در بروز جرم است.به اين ترتيب كه هنگامي كه فرد در شرايط سوء تغذيه،عدم دسترسي به امكانات بهداشتي و آموزشي،عدم وجود سرپناه مناسب براي زندگي و شرايطي مشابه قرار گيرد،به ناچار گزينه فعاليت هاي غيرقانوني (ارتكاب جرم) را انتخاب مي كند.بنابراين در بسياري از آمارها نيز رابطه بين فقر و همسر كشي،خودكشي،قتل خانوادگي و از اين قبيل موارد اثبات شده است كه در اولين گام ايجاد يك تعادل اقتصادي و رفاه مالي در جامعه از مهم ترين اقدامات و در گام بعدي اصلاحات فرهنگي جامعه بايد مدنظر قرار گيرد.

With a glance at the phenomenon of crime in the communities, we will understand that imposition of economic factors such as inflation, inequality, poverty, unemployment and so on has been affected on the psyche of people and cause psychological problems that murder is one of them. Poverty is the main cause of murders that happen. Of course, poverty is not just economic but also cultural poverty exists, and it should ne emphasize that the cultural poverty occurs as a result of financial destitution. This research aimed to investigate the role of economic and cultural poverty in the proliferation of murder in society based on the method of descriptive analysis and use of available. Studies show that the loss of peace of people is because of economic constraints that are involved and unfortunately it has high cost to human society. The first motivation of murder is economic issues. Poverty is one of the most effective factors in the incidence of crime. Thus, when the person is in malnutrition, lack of access to health and educational facilities, lack of proper shelter to live in and similar conditions, he inevitably chooses options of illegal activities (crime). So in many cases, the relationship between poverty and wife suicide, suicide, family murder and so on have been proven. In the first step, creating an economic balance and financial well-being in the community and cultural reform should be considered.
