چكيده فارسي :
ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن از ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺐ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺗﺮ، ﻣﺴﺘﻌﺪ ﺗﺮ ، ﻣﺎﻫﺮﺗﺮ و ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ﺗﺮ از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان اﻣﺮوزي، در ﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه دارد و ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ ، ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺸﻬﺎي ﭘﯿﺶ روي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮاي ﻋﺒﻮر از ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ دﺷﻮار ﻓﺮدا اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه ﻧﮕﺮ، ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪي و ﻣﻨﻈﻢ ﺟﺎﻧﺸﯿﻦ ﭘﺮوري ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮآورد و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪﯾﻬﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه ﺧﻮددر اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻬﯽ اﺳﺖ اﺟﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺴﺘﻠﺰم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﻮن ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﻋﺘﻤﺎدي اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ درﺳﺖ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺘﻬﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﭙﺮدازﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از اﻋﺘﺒﺎر و ﻣﻘﺒﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ اﺷﺎره ﺑﻪ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ از ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن )داوﻃﻠﺒﺎن( ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺗﯿﻢ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﻬﺎ و آزﻣﻮﻧﻬﺎي ﻣﺘﻨﻮع دارد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻋﻤﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮ ر اﻧﺘﺨﺎب اﻓﺮاد واﺟﺪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺼﺪي ﻣﻨﺎﺻﺐ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان از ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ، ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺘ ﻬﺎ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﻌﺪادﻫﺎي درون و ﺑﺮون ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و اﻧﺠﺎم ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻫﺎ و... ﺑﻬﺮه ﺟﺴﺖ و از اﯾﻦ راه ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﺑﺮاي ﻋﺒﻮر از دﺷﻮاري ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺶ رو ﺑﯿﻤﻪ ﮐﺮد. دراﯾﻦ ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎر ﺗﻼش ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﭘﺲ از ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺤﺚ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن روﺷ ﻬﺎي ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮان در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Research shows the lack of management forces and the increased need of organizations for more powerful, talented, skillful and competent managers in the coming years, and the fact is that recognizing the need to use qualified managers is one of the most fundamental challenges facing organizations to pass through the difficult situations of the future. For this purpose, many forward-thinking organizations seek to design serious and systematic succession planning programs in order to estimate and supply their own future needs in this area. Obviously, the implementation of these programs involves the use of reliable evaluation techniques which can properly assess the considered capabilities. To this aim, assessment centers are among the processes which are of high credibility and validity. Assessment centers refer to places where a group of participants (volunteers) are assessed by the evaluation team using a variety of exercises and tests, and which are used mainly to select qualified people to fill management positions. In this process, we can make use of the experiences of the present capable managers in areas such as design and development of capabilities, identifying talents within and outside the organization and carrying out assessments and so on in order to guarantee the success of the organization to pass through the difficulties and obstacles. This paper tries first to introduce the assessment centers and then to discuss different ways of using the managers' experiences in the form of assessment centers
